Do not hire this contractor there office staff is very disrespectful and rude they want you to sign a contract and put a deposit down before they will even speak to you . They also try to fraud there customers by charging unethical amounts this was my first and last experience with this company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!! Chris runs his business by providing "estimates" that are phony: he states the rate per hour for labor and leaves the estimated number of hours blank, to be filled in as he likes later on. He also adds charges to the final bill that are not even included on the ":estimate!" For us this meant that the final bill was 50% higher than the estimate. Chris assumes that you are not going to read the paperwork (sloppy) carefully. He was super eager to get our 50% down payment (wanted it the very next day) but then allowed weeks to go by before scheduling us---and only did it then because we called and asked what was going on. This person is not an honest professional. Beware!

I would never recommend Chris and his company. Our basement main contractor used Chris as his painting and drywall subcontractor. Chris is a nickel and dimer. After the initial quote, he charged us approximately $250 for HVAC switches to be covered, although it took his workers less time to cover them than they spent on their smoke breaks. No, the switches weren’t there during the first estimate, but it’s more of the matter that his crew wasted more time waiting for other worker to arrive and smoking than it took to cover the switches. Chris should expect that if he nickel and dimes his customers that they will expect the best work in return. That has not been the case of what we’ve gotten from Chris. We’ve been waiting over three months for him to send someone to fix a corner in our basement. The trim at first was hanging off. His guy “fixed it”, but then it just popped off again. So then Chris sent out the same guy to “fix it again”. His guys said that to fix it smoothly it would have to be sanded down, retextured, and repainted. We told him so that’s what needs to be done. Considering this guy cusses repeatedly about having to work on a Friday afternoon instead of getting off early, spending time to do quality work isn’t his forte. It is certainly is not the level of care and work that one would expect for as much as we paid for the job. When Chris finally called me a couple of weeks ago to discuss the repair needed, he accused us of having caused the piece to come off again after the first “fix”. I asked him it’s up next to the ceiling how would we do that. Chris said, “someone must have jumped up and yanked it or something”. Why in the world would we “yank” on work we just had done?!! Chris claimed he would send someone out again to fix it correctly, but that has yet to happen three weeks later. If you value your money, expect quality, and don’t want to be nickel and dimed, NEVER hire Chris and his company!
