I stopped at ******************* Plumbing on 10/8/21 to voice a complaint about the service I received on 10/7. The office manager listened as I explained that their employee had not been truthful with me about breakage to a Tub Drain Linkage Rod. I asked only that a man be sent to my house when the replacement part I ordered from Amazon arrived ($22) I said I was not seeking any refund on the Labor charge I had paid. ($166.16) The manager told me the boss would call me. 7 days elapsed without a call, so I called them on 10/15/21. Once again the manager said the boss would call. He never did. I brought my complaint to CONTACT 6 on 10/18/21. They said I should allow up to 8 weeks. If I didn't hear from them, assume that Gene ********************** has been unresponsive to CONTACT 6 and they would not be able to help.Business response

Please be advised that this is the first time I am seeing this complaint for the record. ******************** asked us to come out for service for the waste and overflow. Our employee was there to fix the problem but needed to order the part. ******************** and the plumber found the part online. We were told that we would be back when the part was received by ********************. We were later told that he had installed it himself. ******************** was charged only for our 1 hour minimum as per our contract he signed states. Hopefully this clears up any questions. If not, I would be happy to discuss this further with ******************** if he would like to call me. ***** Wagner *****Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Gene Wagner Plumbing denies our face-to-face conversation of 10/8/21 at their office in which I was promised a call from "the boss" which never happened. They deny taking my follow-up call on 10/15 in which I was promised a call from "the boss". They deny receving an Email from Contact 6. They claim I informed them I fixed the problem myself which is false. They were given multiple opportunities to conduct themselves as an ethical and trustworthy plumbing service, but they blew it.
