Please find attached a recent email which I received through my buyers agent. I purchased a condominium located at 601E *******, Unit 305 in ******************************. The unit was a cash transaction and was purchased by my trust, ****** D **** ***** and closed on 5/6/22. I was represented by ********************************* whom I felt did an excellent job in representing me as my buyers agent. The listing was held by ************************************* of Cornerstone Realtors (924 *******************************************************************************). A month after closing after which I would assume both listing and buyer realtors should have received their appropriate commission on the sale which transpired and was completed on 5/6/22, I received the following threatening, defaming, and disturbing email from ************************************* forwarded to me via my previous buyers agent, *********************************. While I am the new owner of the above listed property, my 21 year old daughter whom is attempting to apply for graduate studies and/or employment at the school referenced by *************************************. My daughter recently graduated from ******************** c** laude with a degree in Biochemistry. ************************************* is clearly trying to use her position and relationship with the ***** of ********* of the property which I currently own to destroy, defame, and predjudice my daughters reputation within her new community. As a mother of a young, professional female, I could not be more hurt, shamed, and disgusted by this action from ************************************* who had clearly already obtained her commission from this transaction. However, finds it appropriate to invoke her personal opinions and negative feelings towards a 21 year old woman with no prior ethical or behavior issues, with the HOA ***** of *********, residents of this community, as well as my personal buyers realtor and her office staff. Is this the appropriate communication from prior listing agent who no longer had anything to do with ownership of the unit?
