6/1/2022, I paid this company $742.04 to correctly reinstall clear polycarbonate roofing panels on a treehouse, create an overhang, and paint the wood underneath. I provided all materials, and a number of the tools and supplies, and detailed instructions, which were agreed to in advance. Payment was made, in full, in advance. When I was told it was done, I had many new holes all over my roof, insufficient overhang, many surfaces left unpainted, holes and paint in new roofing panels that Id set aside for returning to the store, incorrect installation (corrugated panels screwed on through the valleys instead of the peaks, non-roofing screws used in the ridge cap), oil paint splattered and smeared across transparent polycarbonate panels, my windows, and ladder. They mistakenly shut off my water heater and didnt tell me, lost tools they borrowed from me, didnt show up on days they said they would and didnt call or explain, worked on it intermittently for 3 weeks when they said theyd be done in 2 days. They left open wet paint trays, cans, food trash, spills, and rags spread out on the ground for days for my dog to step in and track into the house. I spent an afternoon removing paint from my floors and couch, and dogs paws. I also discovered screws buried between installed roof panels; Two and three holes butted right next to each other in the same spot at multiple locations where one wouldve done the job; extra panels needlessly added, doubled up;An entire roof panel held on by only 2 screws;Stickers left on installed roof panels;Panels installed upside down;Unfilled holes in the ridge cap;A worker was dropped off at my house, and left there all day with no food, water, tools, or transportation. I gave him what I could, including tools that are now missing, and ran to the store for him.And I was lied to repeatedly, and had to complete it myself, but the roof is compromised and needs replacing.
