Bally Sports Wisconsin is not a registered Wisconsin corporation according to the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (WDFI.org) and the BBB can find no such business located in the state of Wisconsin. 

Consumers have reportedly been unable to use their monthly pre-paid annual streaming service. The company claims/states that the problems are due to technical issues. Specifically, they state that the channels desired are unavailable or claim that they moved and therefore couldn't continue their current subscription and were forced to sign up with their new address. Consumers have reported contacting the company via phone and email with minimal to no response. The company has not provided refunds to its customers and all complaints forwarded to the company by the Wisconsin BBB have gone unanswered.
