      I placed a uniform order #UNI20005000133949 on 5/10/2024. The order has been in processing status since 5/10/2024. I have not received any communications as to why my order is being delayed. The website clearly states items usually ship in 2-3 business days. It Has been 9 business days with no update or any status change. I contacted customer service and was told the customer service department could not issue a refund because the rep could not get in contact with the shipping department. I would like to cancel the order and be issued a refund. The refund policy states there is a 30 day refund window. I am still within that 30 day time frame.

      The customer did place an order for US ******************** Uniform Shirts 5/10 and unfortunately, they were out of stock at that time but were expected to arrive the week of 5/13.  They arrived on 5/20.  ******** Uniform Program has specific manufacturers that are approved to make these shirts and the three companies have been having a difficult time keeping up with the demand causing the delay.  On 5/24 the customer contacted us via on-line chat asking to cancel and we let them know their order was packed and was ready to ship that day, so we were going to have to try and stop that from happening.  *********************** found the package, so we were able to cancel the order and process a refund.

      I placed an order 12 days ago with this company for my work uniforms. Ive been sitting at my job in regular clothes for almost 2 months waiting. I contacted this company last week to check in the status of the order and was told that they needed my name for the name tag, thats all they was waiting for, and I should receive my order this week. I just called again today which someone name ***** answered the phone and told me they didnt have a sweater I ordered and that the reason my order is held up. Amongst being told something different from the week before I can clearly see this company is unprofessional and definitely unorganized. ***** places the manager *********************** on the phone after she was over talking me while Im telling her what was told to me from a previous representative. Now **** gets on the phone says something totally different from what either two representatives said to me. As *** stated Ive been waiting on my order for weeks now. This is putting me in a crucial situation with my employer because their vendor does not mistakes.

      We did receive this order on 9/16 and it included Postal Uniform Shirts, a Uniform Sweater and an engraved Name Badge.  As the customer stated we did need the information she wanted on the badge and after being told it should read ******* got it on the production schedule to be made. After calling back on 10/3 for an update the order still had not shipped and that is when her call was transferred to me. I understood her frustration with the delay and told her that I would contact shipping to get the order sent out as soon as possible.  I also promised to e-mail the tracking information when it was sent, and it shipped on 10/4 via **** Priority Mail with tracking number 9405514902891109218404.  On www.usps.com it shows the package was was delivered on 10/6.

      A purchase was made online to this company on January 4, 2023 in the amount of $71.91 for two **** uniform shirts and a name badge. The order number given was UNI20005000061544. This site was listed as an approved official **** uniform site for Postal Employees. No product as of January 28, 2023. Continues to show as processing. Tried reaching out by phone (left two messages), social media, several emails, no response. I have a limited clothing allowance and need answers. I would either appreciate my order or a refund, please.

      I am sending this in response to a BBB of ********* letter we received in the mail for a complaint submitted on January 28.  We did receive order UNI20005000061544 placed by *********************** on January 4 for two U.S. Postal Service Retail Clerk Polo Shirts and a Name Badge (this is made to order) and due to a backorder on the shirts shipped the complete order on February 2.  The **** tracking number is ************************** and according to www.usps.com it was delivered on February 8.     We did receive a voice mail about this order that I replied to via e-mail on Sunday January 29 (we are closed on the weekend) saying the order would be shipping early the week of January 30.
