      I purchased a stove and refrigerator on may 11th for mother's day gift the stove doesn't work it comes on and goes out i tried reaching out to them to be fixed but they haven't been open i been calling to the store not open i just went on their page and it says permanently closed i dont know what else to do please help me so i had a professional to come to see if it can be fixed and he said i need a new gas valve and he dont know why would they even sell the stove to me he said i should just buy another stove because the gas valve would cost just as much plus labor

      I did not want to give a bad review but its ridiculous that I purchased a washer and dryer set which didnt work properly when I finally got in contact with someone it was only due to me having to go up to the store multiple times I was Informed a tech would be out after waiting almost 2 months which really didnt matter cause I still took a loss by going to the laundromat and when the tech came out the washer became worse smh the dryer barely worked I had to restart the dryer 3 times till the stuff was dry ! I knew I shouldnt went next door to the other store I will never support blk businesses they always try to get over and they dont give a **** about u taking a loss as long as they gain off their own ppl !I want a full refund the washer is falling apart

      The customers concerns have been addressed several times. Each issue has to relate to customer damage. The store is no longer inn business

      Paid $500 for a refrigerator and stove only for the refrigerator to not be getting cold Ive been calling for over a month they keep telling me a technician will come out and nobody ever shows up now its saying the business is permanently closed and I still am stuff with a refrigerator that isnt getting cold Ive wasted several hundred dollars on food that went to the trash due to it spoiling

      On April 26, 2024 i bought a refrigerator from Nu Appliances and i had if for only a week a three days. i have been calling and complaining to the manger about the refrigerator that it is not freezing my food or keeping it cold. it has messed up all my food that i bought. And i want them to reimburse me for the food too. I am single mother who is raising three kids on my own and I am doing my best to make sure my kids is comfortable, well feed, and taking care off. Due to this manger that has not been responding to any of my calls' only when it is convenient for him. i also have and autism son that takes medicine and I need them to replace my refrigerator as soon as possible, it or reimburse my money so i can get a working refrigerator, and he is not doing neither. So i just want him to just reimburse my money for the food and the refrigerator, so my kids can enjoy cold water and drinks and their food. There were no advertisement, i lived right down the street from the place so it should have not been no excuse for them to do what they needed to do. They do not answering my calls or return them until three or four days later and my food is still being destroyed.       Tuesday March 12 2024 I paid for a whirlpool washer for 300$ at Nu2u appliance on 5017 W Capital Drive in Milwaukee ******** I was offered free delivery free set up free haul away service and they were supposed to take down a ******** so washer could fit in basement and was told as a first time customer if I purchased my washer they would not check but fix dryer.Delivery date was set Friday the 15th of March from 5-9 no one showed up no .This place refuses to answer phone so the Next day March 16 *********************************************************************************** the washer.Same day same guy comes with another guy .he only brought pliers so he couldnt remove post as he said he would , after that they brought washer back to kitchen and left .did not do anything the ad said or he said didnt take down post,didnt check or fix dryer ,didnt haul away anything,gave me wet molded and wrong brand washer that I never seen I started inspecting the washer and it was dirty on outside I opened door it was smelling bad and I instantly seen black mold all over rubber part of washer it was wet dirty and molded and it was not the washer I paid for my receipt say whirlpool washer they brought a ** washer. So I went back Monday March 18 because they were closed Sunday same man who I have been dealing with since day 1.Monday I went back with my brother we were told my apology it would be there tomorrow and I was told again the post will be removed ,next day comes still no delivery still no washer but they have my 300 dollars and have not given me wat I paid for .Wednesday I wrote a review and uploaded pictures of my very frustrating experience 4 hours later a lady calls me from Nu2U Appliances and says sorry for inconvenience they promise they will deliver right washer the next day on March 21st Still no delivery,I just want a refund this is unfair and sad they have my money i have no washer a refund is all I want so this doesnt go to fox6 news and court

      I purchased four appliances from Nu 2 U Appliances at the Capital Drive location at the end of September. They were delivered a little over two weeks later at 10:30 pm!! After two days the refrigerator that was purchased will not get cool at all. Ive gone back-and-forth with the company for over a month with no resolution. Theyve come to my home on three separate occasions and the issue has not been resolved, I had to pay $525.73 to another company to come out and fix the issue. My calls have gone unanswered!! I was left on hold for over 45 minutes! Im unable to leave voicemails. Ive been hung up on several times when trying to contact the company I believe that my phone number is blocked from them. You are unable to leave any voicemails because their mailbox is always full. They were so nice when I was purchasing the items but now that the refrigerator is damaged and in need of repairs I am being completely ignored!! To resolve the issue, I would like for them to reimburse me the money that I had to pay for the other company to come out and correct the issues that they shouldve corrected according to my warranty with them! The only acceptable resolutions would be for them to purchase me a new refrigerator of equal value or fully reimburse me for the money that I had to pay to get another company to fix their issue for knowingly selling me damaged refrigerator!! I have receipts for the purchase and the repair. Thank you

      In June 2023, I purchased a used- ** washer and dryer from this company for $500 + sales tax. The washer has a 6month warranty and the dryer a 12 month warranty. After receiving the items by delivery way after the scheduled time the next NIGHT, I soon realized the washer did not work. I contacted the store multiple times via phone, and in person - but a technician didnt come out until end of JULY 2023. The technician said he needed to order three parts and would return in a week. By end of AUGUST 2023 no one came to fix anything despite my multiple calls and visits to the store. The staff promised technicians would come out and gave me appointment times that no one came to my home for. In SEPTEMBER 2023 I was then told that they needed more time for the parts and would bring me a loaner washer (of significant lesser value) while they fixed mine. The staff came to pick up the washer from my home (again with poor service delivery). I asked then when could I expect my original washer to be returned and was told by the staff that he didnt know and to call the store and ask anyone who answered the phone. After two months of calling and visiting and being given false appointments, the store finally delivered my original washer back to me on NOVEMBER 4, 2023. The appt time was from 5pm-8pm the staff didnt arrive to my home until 10pm. I noticed the washer missing parts and the drainage hose not being properly adjusted and the staff pretended to go outside to look for the parts needed to fix the concerns and then just left with me waiting on them to return. They refuse to answer the phone or any messages. I would like a full refund and for this business to be shut down. They are scammers.

      The transaction was made on August 26th 2023 for the amount of $253.44. I bought a used refrigerator with a year warranty. It hasn't been a month and the refrigerator has stopped getting cold. They gave me the run around when it came to getting it delivered, I bought it on a Saturday and didn't get it til the following Friday, and it was supposed to be delivered on that Monday. I had to keep calling and go to the store twice to get it delivered. Now they are giving me the run around again. I called twice and they keep telling me a technician will call me back. No one has called. I either want it fixed or replaced if they can't fix it. My warranty covers that. **************** is terrible, I've never had this much trouble with any business I've ever dealt with.

      I have purchased some appliances from this company. They are not located on Hampton and they are located on capital Dr I spent $1000 purchasing a refrigerator and stove. I have no problems with the stove but I have a problem with the refrigerator. I purchased these items in March in July I start having issues with the refrigerator. The fridge raider do not stay cold so I do have warranty and the thing about it is I had called them since July July August and now in September we are going on three months and they have not fix my refrigerator been calling. They say they gonna send one send somebody out they send someone out they dont have the right parts. Hey ****, give me a call they never give me a call back they they always have an excuses of why my refrigerator is not fix. been calling. If you look at the reviews, the reviews are bad they basically scamming people out the money I did not know nothing about this company because I went with someone else, and I know how bad they was until after I purchased the item, so it was too late. My food do not stay cold, so my food is falling faster than normal. I want my money back and gone about my business this is the worst black company I ever deal with.

      I purchased a stove on 8/15/23 for $250.00 and it was delivered on 8/16/23 at 8:00PM. I didn't use the stove until the morning of 8/18/23. I turned the oven on and I'm leaned up against the sink on my cell phone and noticed roaches coming out of the stove. I took pictures of the roaches. I had my boyfriend unhook the stove and set it outside right away. I had to wait until 11AM for the store to open so i can go up there. Once I arrived, I talked to the guy that sold me the stove and he basically said; that the roaches came from me and my house. Which is BS because I don't have roaches. Then he told me to call the owner at 5:30. I called twice and got no answer. I called from my brother's phone and got no answer. I want my money back ($250.00). They're supposed to to clean the appliances and make sure things like this don't happen.
