      I am a mother of 4 with a baby on the way. I wanted to treat myself to a new truck. I saved money for a few months and decided to buy a truck this pass March. I went to Big Bills Autos to buy a truck. The truck I chose to purchase was a dodge Durango ****************** *****. So after two months the truck wouldnt start. No matter where I was I had to ask someone to jump my truck or I would have my oldest son ride with me to make errands so I would not have to turn the truck off I didnt want to be stuck. I took the truck back to big Bills autos and they told me they cannot find the issue. They let me use a battery charger and I try to seek a second opinion. At the time I did not have the funds to get the truck fixed. So I try to continue to save more money to get the truck fixed. As of July 8th ( yesterday ) I was driving on the freeway. I got off on ***** Road. I was taking ********* up. And then my truck started to smoke and the axle broke off the truck. At this time my three-year-old daughter was with me. Thank God the axle did not break off while I was on the freeway. I had to call work to let them know that I was not able to come in to work. And I was fired due to no transportation. Again I am pregnant, no job, no help and big bills sells representative words to me was me having a used car after five months is bound to break down. If I wouldve came back within two months ( which I did about the electrical problem ) they could have help me out. I have been going back-and-forth to big bills for the last 3 to 4 months since I had the truck. Please help me! I want to share my story. Theyre taking advantage of people and their hard earn money. A month and a half after having the car I also went to Big Bills Autos and expressed to them how the truck was making noises and all they did was lift the hood and look at it but did not put no work into it. At the time I was having an issue with my car not starting. I have witnesses and videos of my counters.

      We are sorry you've had issues with your truck. As we explained with the truck being bought almost 6 months ago we would help and still only charge you our cost to fix. Please follow up with us if we can help.

      Okay and the year of 2021 month of March I purchased a 2011 black Arcadia from Big bills I kept going back and forth letting them know that the engine light keeps coming on they kept telling me it was a sensor a tire sensor so I went had the tires check aired up everything no problem with the tires go back up to Big Bills they kept sending one of the workers kayshaun to talk every time I need to talk to someone in charge no one there no one in charge you cant never get in contact with nobody that runs the place they always kept sending their worker I mean one of their employees to speak to me and send me false information every time I came up there it was always another customer up there complaining about how their transmission on went out how they started I went out how to engine don't fail I had the truck 5 months nowhere in the world my engine should have went out I felt like they were playing games I had came out of 7200 and my engine goes out within 5 months and I'm and upset I
