I am a mother of 4 with a baby on the way. I wanted to treat myself to a new truck. I saved money for a few months and decided to buy a truck this pass March. I went to Big Bills Auto’s to buy a truck. The truck I chose to purchase was a dodge Durango 2005 alone cost me 6,000. So after two months the truck wouldn’t start. No matter where I was I had to ask someone to jump my truck or I would have my oldest son ride with me to make errands so I would not have to turn the truck off I didn’t want to be stuck. I took the truck back to big Bill‘s autos and they told me they cannot find the issue. They let me use a battery charger and I try to seek a second opinion. At the time I did not have the funds to get the truck fixed. So I try to continue to save more money to get the truck fixed. As of July 8th ( yesterday ) I was driving on the freeway. I got off on Holly Road. I was taking Wisconsin up. And then my truck started to smoke and the axle broke off the truck. At this time my three-year-old daughter was with me. Thank God the axle did not break off while I was on the freeway. I had to call work to let them know that I was not able to come in to work. And I was fired due to no transportation. Again I am pregnant, no job, no help and big bills sells representative words to me was me having a used car after five months is bound to break down. If I would’ve came back within two months ( which I did about the electrical problem ) they could have help me out. I have been going back-and-forth to big bills for the last 3 to 4 months since I had the truck. Please help me! I want to share my story. They’re taking advantage of people and their hard earn money.

That is not true at all and you know it's not true! For 1- you said six months... I had the truck for 5 months. That's lie number one. 2- you told me to my face that I could get a discount knowing th truck didn't move and I had to get it towed up there. You didn't say nothing about " it being your expenses to help me get my truck fixed" on top of the fact when I was up there you also told me to my face 5 months is a long time to have a used car until it breaks down. Then why are you selling citizens used vehicles know that your cars are going to eventually break down? Why did I have to pay up to ***** thousand for a truck and you knew eventually the car we as a going to break down. So please don't like people I'm getting that state involve. Big bills should not in be open if your going to sell people cars that going to break down a month or two after having them. I told you the second month that that car wouldn't stay on and you like me use a battery charger. As I was saving up to get the car fixed ( which to get it fixed was about one thousand three hundred ) the car broke completely down with my whole child in the car!!! Please don't make it seem like you were trying your best. I have alot of witnesses and video recording of you and I talking. So please don't make it seem like you were helping.
