Very unprofessional! I bought a truck February 23, 2022 from Global Circle Automotive with no license ID etc for $9,195 with a interest fee of $1,188.55! I gave a down payment if $4500 and was told that my monthly payments would be $150 bi-weekly but since i knew i didn't have that i asked if i could do 300 a month and the owner which is a man abs i can't recall his name said that it was ok to make monthly payments instead of bi-weekly so the next day which was February 24, 2022 I called them to give the truck back because i didn't want it to get stolen it needed struts and shocks it needed a tune up new tires another passenger door panel because the one that was on there was lose and somehow fell off this same day it needed a tune up as well but I was told that I couldn't give them the truck back instead the lady told me that I can give them the truck back so I said I'm not just going to give you my truck back and I don't get any money back then I said we'll can I trade it in for something else and she said no you can give it back to us and that's just that you won't get any money back i said that's not right i have a paper that says i can trade in my vehicle and she told me that they don't go by the paper and that they have to give me that paper as part of the sell in ********* I got mad like what type of car dealer is this! So they made me keep the vehicle without helping me out whatever!

Very unprofessional and shady business dealings. I purchased an engine and paid their mechanic to drop it into my truck in December of 2021. By the 2nd week of January I couldn't even contact him for an update. I eventually threatened to contact authorities to report my car stolen and still gained no response. I decided to visit the lot where my truck had just been sitting for a almost 2 weeks as reported by the receptionist. She claimed she had no idea of what was going on. I was able to drive back to Chicago in the truck but found it had more issues than it had before. A very reputable Chevy dealing informed me that the engine had been crossed threaded and the wrong nuts and bolts were used. My oil pan was broke and the engine the mechanic found for me to purchase had timing change issues. Upon contacting this dealership the receptionist informed me that the mechanic just rented work space but wasn't an actual employee and she had no way to contact him. I thought this was odd. I'm now out of nearly $7,000 including the $1,500 for the engine and $1,000 for him to drop engine.
