Today 5/29 was my second rescheduled day for the ***** vacuuming service to come and clean my carpet I had been speaking with one of their representatives by the name of ***** for days in a row leading up to them actually coming out once they came to my residence. it was an African-American young man, getting the equipment all set up to do my carpets when he asked about the two rooms he was doing. He proceeded to ask me very personal questions. Like where do I work , what is my Job title do I like what I do and if I made good money, then proceeded to ask me about my love life, and if I was married or single, when I said I was not married, but had a boyfriend he then proceeded to ask me questions about where he work and what do he do for a living and if he was going to be a part of the cleaning process, I replied no because his job requires him to be on the road. He started packing up The equipment called his supervisor by the name of *** and they refuse to do my carpet. I am extremely upset due to the fact I left work early after their first no call no show and being rescheduled to make sure my carpet got done and everything in my living room and dining room was removed for them to refuse to do the carpet, because my significant other was not present. I live alone. I have a career, and I solely take care of me. I felt judged discriminated against, and as if I was beneath them because my income could have covered the cost of that vacuum, I didnt even feel as if I had a chance Im extremely upset. I feel this business is very unprofessional, when I spoke with ***** multiple times and schedule this appointment She has never not once even asked me about my love life or significant other. I feel as if ***** clean and service should do my entire house free of charge. I feel extremely disrespected, and I do not appreciate it nor would I ever recommend this company to anyone. I cleaned out entire rooms to be denied service. The advertisement was horrible
