I would discourage anyone from patronizing this establishment. The owner had terrible customer service while becoming very combative and finally resulting to using unwarted profanity when discussing re-servicing a vacuum that he had previously serviced 45 days prior. The owner/representative seemed to be prejudice or biased when comparing my complaint to others he had previous received. This type of experience is one that should not be tolerated while working in the service industry. Moreover if one will work in our community they should respect its citizens. The experience I received was deplorable. The owner mentioned that my product although just serviced by him for the same issue just 45 days prior would not be covered to be re-serviced since it exceeded the 30 day warrantee period. I never realized their was a 30 day warrantee but when mentioned about the issue that was continuing he resulted to indicating I would have to re-pay for the vacuum to be serviced. When I endeavored to share my displeasure he responded with ***** ***** I am highly displeased and believe this type of behavior should never be experienced by a customer when speaking to a "business professional."
