My husband and I stopped into Black Sheep Ink to schedule a tattoo session for both me and my husband on May 21, 2022 While in the shop a *********************** who is employed by Black Sheep Ink gave me his Black Sheep Ink card and told me to text the number to schedule an appointment. I scheduled both my tattoo appointment and my husband's for June 11, 2022. We were told to send the deposit directly to *********************** PayPal account. I sent $400.00 via PayPal to *********************** the money paid for my $200 tattoo appointment and $200 towards my husband's appointment scheduled both for June 11, 2022. A few days before my appointment I found out via ******** that *********************** quit. I spoke with ***** ********************* on the phone a day or two prior to our June 11th appointment she said that we can be refunded in full or scheduled for a tattoo still as long as I provided the documentation that we sent money to ***********************. I have confirmation of payment. We still wanted the tattoos so we patiently been waiting for a call or text about our tattoos and nothing came. I have tried to contact *** numerous times with no response until July 31, 2022 she texted me and told me to contact my artist *********************** cause she didn't receive the money. ****** is not my artist I do not own and operate a tattoo business. ****** was or is her employee at the time I paid and made our appointments.Black Sheep Ink has taken my $400.00 and did not provide a service and will not refund or schedule our appointments. I also have text message conversations confirming my june 11th appointment and my husband's june 11th appointment and confirming that Black Sheep Ink's employee took my money with no intent to provide the service paid for.I am recently married. Married name is ***************************** maiden name ***************************.
