I think this business is a scam. I ordered a clothing item on Feb 7 from an internet ad that indicated fast free shipping and returns. The posted reviews seemed to indicate the business was legitimate. After a week, I received a notification of shipping delays. I called the customer service number to request cancellation of the order. I was told the order was in progress and could not be canceled BUT they did offer to expedite the shipping at no cost. So this offer indicated the item had not yet been shipped. I again requested cancelation since the item had not shipped and they again said it could not be canceled and suggest I wait until delivery and then simply return the item. Today, Feb 21, I have again received noticed of shipping delays and was given an estimate of delivery early in March. Again, I tried to contact customer service and this time was only able to leave a voicemail. I have now contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge since the item has still not been delivered, and frankly, I don't think it will ever be delivered. I don't think this company is legitimate. The address on an internet search is a residence, not a business. An alternate address on their website is also a residence (********************************************************************). I am hopeful that my credit card dispute will get my money back but I wish to warn others that this company is most likely not legitimate.
