Transaction date 4/27/2023 Amount paid $60,000 Down payment (cash) $12,000 Remaining financed Upon purchase, it was disclosed from salesman that this **** Deere tractor was deleted. He would not disclose where this tractor came from (trade in/auction). Salesman said this tractor was in excellent condition and field ready. Tractor was drove off the lot and warning codes started flashing on the screen with power loss. Swiderski will not stand behind fixing any issues that should have been fixed before driven off the lot. The front tie rods and bushings are completely worn and shot which should have been fixed before sold. Would like to have tractor fixed and in working condition. Right now, tractor cannot be used and there is no power. If Swiderski sold a deleted tractor, they should be able to find someone to plug into the computer system and fix all issues that were present before sale. Salesman did say a ************** employee did come and plug into the tractor before sale, uncertain what they found. If they wont fix the tractor, we want to cancel the transaction completely and return the tractor that doesnt work.I attached one of the codes that was thrown.Thank you *****************Business response

This is the 1st I have seen this issue with the e-mail on 6/8/23. It states we received a previous letter. Not sure where that went.
***********************, the sales person on this deal has contacted ***************** in regard to this issue. We are working to have some expert take a look at this tractor and help resolve this issue. Our plan is to get this going this next week. Note that **** did look at this tractor prior to his purchase and it was sold AS IS but we are will to help resolve. Any more info you would like feel free to contact me. Thanks
