Follow up to my previous post, I called and they reissued a new order to be shipped to my house, I am happy with that however why could'nt that happen the first time I called or why cant they change shipping address before it ships?Duluth Trading Company Response

Purchased a bunch of clothes from Duluth last year. The second time wearing a pair of pants I got on sale for $37, I used Oxyclean as there were no restrictions listed on the label or website. The Oxyclean reacted with the buttons and dye on the patch, which I've never seen on any pants ever in my life. The buttons bleached the pants and the dye released and dyed other parts of the pants. I emailed customer service with pictures and they told me to send the pants in. After sending them in, I receive an email telling me that this is "normal wear and tear" and that they will not refund the money and that the pants are ruined and they threw them away. After several calls to customer service, they have only returned me a $10 gift card and 20% off one item, and expressed no interest in the email record telling me to send them in.I have probably 4 pairs of the exact same pants, which have dubious construction, and have spent $1000's of dollars at Duluth the past year and via my family's accounts. However, my dissatisfaction is on principle. For $37 they would prefer to not honor their word. Next time it could be a much bigger issue. And now I'm doubting the construction of their other items. I do a lot of blue/grey collar work, and what happens if I get grease on my jeans? For this item, it was not listed anywhere to not use Oxyclean, so now I'll have to either second guess getting my hands dirty, or expend more labor trying to clean them another way. I had a Lifetime belt given to me at Christmas 2021. The stitching failed in April 2024. I contacted Duluth and they responded with a canned response stating they will not repair the belt. They did not even take the time to look at the damages to the belt. The belt was not abused in any way, and clearly the stitching failed due to poor quality of materials.Duluth Trading Company Response

Previously purchased Armachillo underwear Briefs had the elastic top "Armachillo" seam located in the center rear as depicted in their photo on the web page. Recently purchased another 8 pairs of Men's Armachillo underwear Briefs only to find that Duluth has now moved the SEAM on the elastic "Armachillo" top band briefs from the "center rear" to somewhere located on the right side. This is so uncomfortable! The Customer Service representative I spoke to said she has received numerous complaints and there is nothing she can do except issue a refund. My question to Duluth HQ is this item going to now have the elastic band seam located on the RIGHT side somewhere, other than a NORMAL center rear? If so when are you going to correct your web page item photo to show the correct location o the seam and update the description of the item to state that the elastic top band with the brand name Armachillo on it is now on the Right side instead of the center rear?Duluth Trading Company Response

I like their clothing a lot, but they aren't seeming to take seriously the threat of scams from companies claiming to be Duluth Trading Company. I told them of a company using their name that stole my credit card information. I said they need to warn their customers. I never saw a warning; I never got an email from them to be on the lookout for scammers masquerading as DTC.Duluth Trading Company Response

As a female working in the skilled trades profession for almost 15 years, this company is the very 1st working women's apparel hero! I have never had a pair of pants fit or have the adequate or necessary pockets to function at work, until now. The women's line of work pants are not only extremely functional and durable, this company has modeled the apparel ON females FOR females! Duluth is lying to us consumers; most ALL PRODUCTS ARE STORED IN *****, SHIPPED FROM AND MADE IN CHINA (BBB how do you tolerate the fact that DULUTH IS LYING on their blog?). I waited OVER SIX WEEKS with NO DELIVERY. I CANCELLED MY ORDER FOR CREDIT TO MY CHARGE CARD.If enough of the consumers do this, DULUTH WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS or correct the problem.While TRACKING MY ORDER my products NEVER LEFT *****!!Duluth Trading Company Response

My wife purchased a waxed grilling apron for me for Christmas, on Black Friday, from Duluth Trading Company and was scheduled to be delivered well before Christmas. However, just a handful of days before Christmas, weeks after her purchase, she received an email that it was placed on back order. Fast forward four weeks to last evening (almost two months after the order was made), having received no follow up emails from Duluth, my wife reached out to Duluth for a status update. We were told that it wasnt actually on back order, that it had been lost in their warehouse (quoted from Duluth service rep) and they would have to issue a refund because they are now out of stock and they cant find our ordered apron in their warehouse. We were told, however, that we could use our refunded dollars to purchase their newer style waxed grilling apron apron for 2x the cost of the apron we purchased but unfortunately they wouldnt honor replacing our apron with the new style apron because it was a different SKU (again, quoted from Duluth service rep). So their solution to their issue is for us to spend 2x the money we originally spent just to receive a Duluth grilling apron.Its frustrating to know that whenever there is an issue, Duluth will do whats best for them and not the customer. All my wife wanted was to give me a Duluth grilling apron for Christmas but Duluth cant be trusted to follow through with their part of the bargain.Also, and aside from being dishonorable about fulfilling the order, almost two months since the online purchase and four weeks since going on back order, Duluth did nothing to reach out to update us on the status of the order. I assume they were hoping that we would forget and they could keep our money to themselves without having to provide a product in return. Its either that or it is blatant ignorance, either of which is scary and dangerous.Duluth Trading Company Response

New customer. Recently purchase 3 moleskin shirts, I like moleskin from its wind blocking, very satisfied, the fabric weight is great. In the past I owned a Filson moleskin vest, but I shrunk it so I gave it to an employee. It was very functional, easier to clean than wool. You should consider adding it to your products. I also purchased 2 pair of pants with loop for hammer on left side. The loop is to small for my heavy rough carpentry hammers, does work with my wooden Handel finish carpentry hammer. *****Duluth Trading Company Response
