In the beginning Nyx had a sight recorded workout plans. I ordered a plan and loved it. Very attentive and communicative. To this point I was invested in getting her help with my workouts. Mar 23,2023 Ordered pants from business. I have received 2 pair out of the 3 from the company. Website and shop is shut down and Nyx the owner will not respond via email (only form of communication)Signed up for 1:1 fitness program May 1, 2023. Nyx charges me monthly, which I was able to dispute most charges and remove my card info as of now. I have not heard from her ever after signing up. She has her assistant contact me in the beginning to get info to set up the account for workouts and meal plans. The trainer has yet to meet with me or contact me via email. I emailed the new apps customer support and they have been trying to reach out to her as well.*** shut down first app workout program as well as took down website where you could order workouts. I no longer have access to anything I bought. She sent an email with links (those no longer work now)Nyx will post to social media to recruit more people to buy from her, but will not contact the people she already has as clients.
