• All used/consignment LEGO sets, bulk, and open minifigures are sold AS-IS and cannot be returned or exchanged once the purchase is made. ALL SALES FINAL.
  Returns involving new LEGO sets must be returned with box seals still intact and not opened. Exchanges and returns will be accepted for 14 days from the date of purchase with the receipt, and they must be in the original package.
  Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
  All returns involving toys will follow the same policy as LEGO. Must be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt and in unopened original package. 
  NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON OPENED MERCHANDISE.
  If payment were made with a gift certificate for the returned item, the customer would receive store credit in the amount of the gift certificate.
  If payment was made with a credit/debit card, returns will consist of the original payment minus square fees. This is a Shopify policy first. 
  Canceled customer preorders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee on purchases of $40 on top of Shopify card fees.
  ALL SALES FINAL on custom LEGO orders.
  ALL SALES FINAL on Purchases of gift certificates.
  All custom LEGO orders must put down a Deposit of 50% of the total cost for an order with 20% NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled by the customer.
  Any Special toy order will need a 50% deposit on the order with 10% NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled by the customer.
  Return shipping is to be paid by the customer for any returned merchandise.
