Hello, I had a credit of $172.21 on my account and from all communication prior to this week I was told this credit did NOT expire. I obtained this credit on accord of this NEVER expiring and that is what I was ALWAYS told. It was the company's policy. Upon inquiring on this credit which I was planning to use 8/24/2021, I was told the put a new policy in place and it expired on 6/1/2021. I was never given any notification of this change and therefore had NO warning that I would lose this credit or that anything from their policy was changing. I have been given conflicting information from their **************** associates and I would like my situation reviewed and my credit reinstated for use.Business response

Hello, the L'BRI credit for ******** did expire after the one year policy however we have awarded her products for the value of her L'BRI Credit. We have fixed this for her and ******** has shared she is happy with the outcome. At L'BRI we never want to leave anyone feeling upset and we worked with ******** to find a resolution. I purchased the facial masque. I used it many times without an issue but recently I applied the liquid to my face and some dropped on my new **shirt. I instantly noticed a discoloration on the neck portion of the shirt. I removed and soaked in water. I contacted lbri and requested reimbursement for the **shirt or refund for the product. I was denied both. I believe I should be compensated for the damage.Business response

L'BRI contacted ******* by telephone concerning the stain onher t-shirt, and spoke to ******* briefly before she ended the call. We did nothave an opportunity to request pictures or see the shirt in person. We havetested the Facial Masque on a black t-shirt, and there was no bleaching effector damage to the material. As shared with *******, noingredients in this product have a bleaching effect. We do not feel that ourproduct resulted in the damage to the material of Barbaras shirt.Customer response
