      Came and did a spring blowout and left without the system functioning. Called to get them back out and had to wait a month. After they came the second time, they left without resolving the issue and my system was STILL completely non-functional. Awful communication.Then last October, they send me a letter stating that they "no longer wish to serve customers in your geographic area". So I'd assumed our relationship was over. Wrong, without authorization they charged me $200 months after choosing to decline me as a customer. Now will they pick up the phones? Nope, had to do a chargeback through my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

      SHAME ON THEM! Back in July (2023) I spoke with a lady at DJ’s about having my sprinkler system serviced. The lady stated I didn’t have a contract and would need to sign a contract to have service done. I told her that I hadn’t turned the system on for about the last 5-6 years, and that when I turned the system on, I had issues with two zones operating at the same time. I explained that I originally called the company that installed the system and was told they no longer service my area and referred me to another sprinkler company. I called that company and was told they weren’t accepting new customers. I checked online and found DJ’s Lawn Sprinklers and they were local. After hearing my story, the lady stated they weren’t taking new customers, but would get me set up and serviced for this year without a contract. During the week of July 10th, 2 service techs (from DJ’s) came out and determined there was a faulty valve and needed to order a new valve. Since then, I haven’t heard anything as to the status of the valve and it is now the end of September. I called to have my system winterized and blown out, and like everyone else, had to leave a message. I got an email response back from Linda saying “per our records we show we never did any type of service for you nor do we have a number of zones. Please advise what this is about.” I responded back and received crickets. They totally blew me off and never responded back. I don’t know where they’re getting all their “good” ratings, but it’s surely not from this type of customer service.

      I have been a customer of DJ’s since 2008, using both the plumbing and sprinkler services. I called them last in 2020 and was told at the time they had limited staff because of COVID so I did the repairs myself. This year 2023 I have been trying to get in touch with them and finally told because I was last a customer in 2017, they were not interested. They seem to only want customers who sign up and prepay without hope of getting anything done! BEWARE! OF DJ’s LAWN CARE

      They have one of those typical voicemail greetings that they are "on the other line" and they will get back to you in 1-2 days. It doesn't matter what day or time you call - you get the voicemail. This is where your "customer service" experience starts with DJ's. After waiting for them to get off their other phone calls helping customers for 24-48 hours you will receive a call back. We were long term customers of DJs and had a credit. I set up a sprinkler spring hook up, by the way - takes close to a month - they never showed up. Back to leaving voicemails and waiting. Days later they call me back, leave me a message and demand a contract for any type of service. They also changed their minds on our credit. I call back, yes I get their voicemail and wait again. (no call back) At this point, I email them and their secretary tells me she needs to talk to the owner about our credit. Almost a week goes by and I re-email to ask about the status and she tells me the owner is now on vacation. At this point I decide to not use DJ's for service anymore. After telling this to the secretary she begins to list excuses with they're staffing challenges, she is "on the phone 8 hours a day assisting people" and asks if I want her to "keep pursuing my credit request with the elusive owner. Bottom line, it's almost July and I have simply been trying to get a residential sprinkler system turned on with funds we already paid to this company since April. in my opinion, use a different company and avoid the games.

      Sorry cannot put negative number here .Customer service lied to me twice during one conversation: 1 No manager available -she is on maternity leave 2 .Your tech was here on time- my security cam shows him 37 min later after appointment time After that they are asking $ 60 for missed appointment Great service

      Eric, Randy and the team at DJ's performed a fairly large sprinkler system install for us. They were extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. The crew did the install, then explained the entire system operation and check out with us. Almost unnoticeable install in the lawn. Thanks!

      After 22 years in our house, we finally decided to buy an irrigation system! The company's owner came himself to give us our quote. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and company. The quote for the cost of our sprinklers was very competitive. I am a general contractor and work with many subcontractors. This company was a complete pleasure to work with. The installers were professional, very quick, and meticulous. There was minimal to no damage to our existing lawn after the installation. The app provided with the sprinkler installations is awesome and very user friendly. I highly recommend DJ's Sprinklers.
