I contracted Bruce ************ LLC (same address and phone as Rayson Inc.) to do 4 'handyman" jobs around the house for me. He failed miserably at all four jobs. Job #1...paint the back of my barn. He left paint chips everywhere and I can see that he didn't use enough paint to cover the primer. Job #2...paint a small portion of wall in my garage. It was to be primed and a second coat applied. The second coat was never done. Job #3...fill cracks and paint the rough cedar on the exterior of my house. According to a paint expert, he filled the cracks with a silicone caulk (which can not be painted). He told me he would come back to try to fix the problem. I told him I did NOT want him to sand my rough cedar and gave him dates that I would not be home. He came with a grinder and ground the " livin' bejesus" out of my rough cedar WHEN he knew I wouldn't be home. He then repainted the final color without priming. He apparently didn't see my outdoor cameras as the cameras caught everything he did and didn't do. Our contract said he would cover the siding and plants. He never did. I have "wipe" marks all over the lower siding that don't come off. He attempted to clean a portion of the siding but that section has to make the siding look blackened. He also dripped all over my windows and french door screens. Job #4...install a new (provided) screen door. The door sticks on the upper left side and the plastic sweep on the bottom right is not where it needs to be so the bugs crawl in. I have many photos to show how this guy ruined my house. He even sent me photos from the day he came to my house when I wasn't home. The photos he sent showed the cedar ground right down to bare wood. He was only at my house for 2 hours......not long enough to "grind" 30 or 40 cedar boards, prime and final coat them. I'm in my 70's, a widow and no longer trusting. I wouldn't hire Bruce ************...no matter what name he works under....to change a light bulb!
