In October of 2021 my daughter, 17 yrs old, went to see a psychic named Paris. My friend accompanied my daughter to the psychic and has verified everything my daughter said. The "psychic" proceeded to tell my daughter that my boyfriend at the time was, to sum it up, a bad and dangerous person who had me brainwashed and was controlling me. He even went so far as to tell my 17 year old daughter that if she did not move out of the house with me that my boyfriend would **** her. My daughter came home and packed some things and told me that she wouldn't move back home until I ended things with ******. This psychic had her terrified and convinced she was in danger in our home. I told my boyfriend what was going on and a couple days later he also went to the same psychic and recorded the session. He was forthright in revealing who he was and why he was there. So there was no deception from my boyfriend. Paris, the "psychic" had only good things to say about ******** character and his humanitarian efforts and vehemently denies ever saying any of the bad things he had previously, only a few days prior, told my daughter. I emailed Paris and asked him why the discrepancy in the things he told each person. And what on Earth he was doing telling a 17yr old she was going to get raped. He refused to take accountability for any of the claims he made and told me not to contact him. Teens are impressionable and my daughter internalized all the ideas he put into her head. It ultimately led to me being forced to end my relationship with my boyfriend or losing my daughter. Because even after I told her about the things he said at my boyfriends reading she still can't shake the fear of him assaulting her. Paris destroyed the idea of her home being a safe space. His words ended my relationship. My daughter still has nightmares because of his lies. This person has no care or concern for the damage he has done to my family and I hope this helps prevent future harm to othersBusiness response

will provide a brief response as I am out of the Country until after the 1st. If you would like, I can provide a more lengthy response.
completelyI disagree with the complaint. I only make suggestions to a client if they feel unsafe at their home.
ThE adult female in question and male reportedly have extensive contact with Police and you may wish to investigate that! Further, the female, during several emails, only uses foul language and lies, so I stopped contact.
The adult male was told information from me contradictory to what was reported. I have a policy to not release information gained during a session, but any suggestion that I suggested I contradicted previous discussion and/or confirmed anything normal with him is FALSE.
In closing I will tell you that in 37 years of business, I have never directly accused anyone, during a session, of anything criminal nor will I ever.
No refund will be issued.
I can not offer an apology to the complainer because I have never met her .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
We do not even care about the money. All we want is for the salesperson to take accountabilityfor their words and to apologize to my daughter and either own up to his words and stand by them, which he absolutely can not because they are false words, or admit his carelessness and take responsibility for the damage his words have done, and admit to my daughter that he not only misled her but boldly fabricated his own story to tell her. If he really cared at all about helping individuals you would think that after hearing the hurt he caused he would want to do something, anything, to help the situation and to help the minor in question heal and move forward. The fact that he doesn't show any remorse or at lease a bit of empathy and care speaks volumes to how unsuitable he is to be working with individuals undergoing any type of trauma or seeking guidance from a person who understandstheir needs and is caring enough to want to do more good than harm. Shame on him for now taking accountability. And shame on him for lacking any empathy attempting to understand from my child's perspective. .]
