In our proposals, pictures are included and displayed with a large red "x" through the trees to be removed. After the project and per *****'s first negative phone call stating we did not take one of the trees down, we sent the salesperson out to verify that what was quoted was completed prior to making any adjustments to the proposal. We have been in contact with ***** 3 times since the project, 1 prior to the salespersons post job visit, 1 from the saleperson in view of the project, and once after the saleperson stopped out and ***** called our office back. There are no additional phone calls from ***** to our knowledge at this time, and the matter was assumed to be concluded.
The proposal stated:
Tree / Project Description and Location: Removal of dead Ash tree next to an Elm on the two neighbors two the right property line.
The tree in question is the Elm which is substantially larger than the Ash that we removed. We would be able to remove it at an additional cost.
At the end of the project the crew lead on site talked with both the Southern neighbor and *****'s wife at the end of the project and both thanked the crew for their work.
All project work was completed in a professional manner and per the work order.
