      Advantage Chiropractor gave me a continuing maintenance program. It was once a week for 4 months for $260. Copy of agreement attached! When I was going to sign up and pay they said it was wrong. Then ****** went in the office and brought out my chart and said that the sheet of paper ( attached ) was wrong. They did not honor what they wrote on the paper they gave me. They also didn't stand behind the light therapy they sold me only 3 months prior. It stopped working and they wouldn't replace it or give me a loaner. They said I had to go through company it was from and their warranty process. So I did that and was out of using it for over a week. **** tried telling me he tried it out and it was working fine. I had him plug it in, in front of me and then showed him when you moved the cord it stopped working!

It was my fault for not communicating to my team on the exact details of your maintenance care. I would love to have a conversation with you about the light therapy to see if the issues have been resolved with the company.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear 

      Once again if you read the paper they gave me it states ( 1x per week  for 4 months costing $260! --not $260 / month like **** said in his response! ). As for the light therapy it was needed well over a month ago! I find it very difficult to trust them with how they worded their response of $260/ month trying to make it sound like they were doing anything different from the original complaint.  They also didn't offer a loaner for the light therapy they sold me while I had to send the defective one in they sold me. I still feel like they did absolutely nothing to resolve this with their response.  It is sad that they don't care about their patients after their done with their treatments because they don't have their revenue coming in anymore.

      My apologies on the miscommunication for your continued care. I completely understand where you are coming from on the pricing. Once again, this was a miscommunication on my part to our front desk and it was written down incorrectly on the images you have attached in the previous messages. I agree with you, it was written down incorrectly and it does say $260. I had to then spoke with you in the office correcting my mistake stating that it is actually $260/month without insurance. I take complete responsibility on the miscommunication that happened.

      As for the loaner equipment, we do not offer loaner equipment to any of our patients as it usually only takes a week for the company to get your equipment fixed. Missing one week of treatment will not be a detriment to your results long term. My apologies on not communicating this to you when we sat down to look at your equipment. Please let me know what we need to do to resolve this miscommunication.

      I guess I  will have to make it as simple as possible for **** ( owner) to understand. If  you go to a store and something is marked or advertised for  a given price the store is supposed to honor that price. I  provided the  paper which was given to me that stated 1x per week for 4 months for $260. It doesn't get much easier than that! As to going for 8 days without light therapy put me back to being in constant pain all day at work and all night at home. This has become a situation that I feel I  am dealing with a child, not a doctor and business owner. At this point I feel as if they should pay for me to go to another chiropractor 1x per week for 4 months!!
