      I placed order number ***** with this retailer on 10/23/23. It was delivered to me on 10/25/23. I immediately emailed their customer service and told them it didnt fit and I needed a larger size. They then told me no larger size was available. Then is asked to return it for a refund which they refused, stating the refund window closed on 10/24/23. I did not receive the package until 10/25/23 I would have no way of knowing it didnt fit until I tried it on. Also how can the return window close 24 hours after purchase before I even receive the item?

      I purchased online at Costumes.com 2 Halloween costumes for our 2 daughters on 8/9/22 and was notified via email on 8/16/22 my complete order was delivered via DHL to our home on 8/16/22 at 3:04pm. I checked the mail and opened the package to find only 1 of the costumes I ordered inside the package with the packing slip that said both costumes were supposed to be inside. I saved the packing slip and packing with the weight and information on it and then I sent 2 emails to Costumes.com immediately to let them know what happened with my order minutes after opening the package on 8/16/22 to the email ******************************************* I also sent a message via their web page that same day also and responded to their original email showing my order and information. Its 8/19/22 and I still havent received any email response or answers from Costumes.com regarding the missing item in my order. There is no phone number listed for their company so I have no other way to attempt to contact them about the missing costume in my order that I paid for. I dont know what else to do now about this all.

      Order Placed 10/2/21, received 10/9/21 sent back 10/20/21 - on 2 orders $67 worth of goods returned. 3 different calls to their customer service - they said they're busy give it time. Now refuse to refund stating their policy is with 15 of orders placed they have to have received them back. They took 7 days just to deliver to me!

      I ordered two costumes from Wholesale Costumes on 10/23/2021 to arrive no later than 10/30/2021. Costumes never arrived by shipment date. I checked with the carrier (DHL) who could not track the costumes so I then reached out to Wholesale costumes and finally received an email on 11/3/2021 saying it was their mistake and my card would be returned the $84.81 within ******************************************************* any follow-up from this company. I believe this is a fraudulent business that should be looked into. Upon review from other review sites about Wholesale Costumes this is a reoccurring theme. No one should be doing business with them and it shouldn't take going to the BBB to return $84.81. They need to be held accountable for their mistake as noted in the attached email correspondence. I would like my money back. They have admitted their mistake and should fix the issue no questions asked.

      On Oct 26 2021 I purchased an X-Wing Fighter Pilot Helmet. It was delivered on Nov. 2nd. When I open the shipping box I immediately saw the item was broken. There were several cracks, the visor was scratched, and the padding was torn. It looked like it was used. November 4th I tried to contact them through ******** No response. On November 5th I emailed customer service. No response. I tried ******* again on the 5th. No response. Emailed customer service again on November 9th. Finally got a response on November 10th. They asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I replied with "replacement". No response. I emailed them again on the 15th asking about the whereabouts of my replacement. No response.

      I order two costumes in October and have been charged around ***** dollars. Its almost the end of November and have not received the costumes. I checked my order status and it says they have been shipped. When I checked with **** they have not record of ever receiving anything from this company. I have emailed them but have no response. Please help.
