      I would give them a zero if I could. They did not follow requirements given by doctor, just brought anything they had available which did NOT accommodate a tall person. Spent two weeks trying to get correct sized equipment - hospital bed, wheelchair, commode - and have yet to get a call back or make any attempt to correct. My home health care nurse and PT people have reached out several times to no avail. No return calls. This is a pathetic company at best. Will be getting new orders from Doctor to switch to company who might actually care about people vs their bottom line.

      This company is the biggest scam I've ever had to deal with! When I first started getting my supplies from them I started with one complete full *************** 3 cushions , one air tube , one water chamber and six filters every 3 months. Okay as the months go & I qualify for replacements I started noticing I wasn't receiving the same amount of supplies. They then started reducing the amount of cushions to me and replacing it with different supplies. As in today I got one headgear without the head straps, one cushion, two air tubes and two filters!Like why would you send someone a new headgear without the head straps? That defeats the purpose if you can't keep the mask on your face with old stretched out straps! Then they gave me two air tubs? Like why would I need two? When you only need one! Your telling me your forcing customers to use old head straps for 6 months when they're only really good for a month like the cushions before it starts getting defective & worn out?Why did it go from 6 filters every 3 months to 3 filters every three and two air tubes?I can bet my life they're probably charging the insurance company full price for supplies were supposed to receive & short changing us customers with the cheapest supplies! I'll be making a complaint with my insurance company and the BBB so they can look into this! Something definitely ain't right here!02/24/2023 So today I received two tubing, four water ******** , two filters, one full face mask and one extra crushin! Correct me if I'm wrong but why send me 3 extra ******** and one extra tubing when they last for months? What happened to 6 filters to 3 filters and only send two this time? Full face mask and one cushion? This company is something else.01/16/2024 I switched Healthcare providers from *************** to the insurance my employer provides., They told me today I wasn't entitled to more supplies until next month! But why if I have new healthcare provider? Very rude and won't give reason

      Unwilling to listen to your needs. All they want to do is to sell you more supplies that you don't need and when you do order they send you the supplies that don't work on your machine.Then when you try to have them take back the equipment that you don't need they will charge you anyway without contacting you and then send the bill to collections putting a hit on your credit score.This company is terrible!!!

      I used there oxygen tank and portable oxygen.When I was well they picked up the equipment.They are still charging my card,I keep calling but they wont give me a answer.They just keep saying I didnt turn everything in.

      Awful company. They bomb you with emails telling you how important it is to get fresh CPAP supply to prevent an air leak, then when you order they send a lot of things you don't need except for the critical headstrap piece that is critical in avoiding the leak!!!!!! Very frustrating. They are only there to dig gold!

      When needing bottles of oxygen, they do okay BUT I want an evaluation for a portable oxygen concentrator. Prescription sent to them end of April. Just called and the soonest I can get an appointment is middle of JULY. That seems to be an unacceptable level of service.

      Will not bill insurance right bills worng insurance Co then charges 15.dollars late charges still won't bill right then will turn it over to a collection agency after l have made 3or5 calls to their call center will finally let me talk with someone in the aerocare Co office to get it right but still don't charges insurance further billing

      Aerocare has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped my CPAP off for repair the first week of August. I was told that it would be 6-8 weeks for the manufacturer to repair and return the device. It is now Jan 5th and I still do not have my CPAP. I first called in Oct for the status of the repair. They did not have an answer and said someone would call me back. I never got that call. 2 weeks later I called them again and they said they needed to update my insurance information before they could approve the repair. I gave them 2 more weeks and called again. (This is November now) I was informed that insurance had approved the claim and it was being repaired. Come Dec I called to check the status again. After being passed around the phone queue and sitting on hold for over an hour they worked up the courage to let me know that my repaired CPAP had shipped from the manufacturer to Aberdeen WA and not the New Berlin WI office. They can't tell me whether this is another Aerocare office or just some random address. They just tell me that whoever has it is refusing to ship it and they have no tracking number from the manufacturer. This whole experience is absurd. If I ever get my CPAP back, I will never do any business with this company again.
