On 7/20/23, I bought a ******** Trucks blue tshirt with the summer concert dates on the back, including the Milwaukee show of this date. It cost $40 and I have a receipt. I need to exchange the medium for a large same shirt. I have called and texted multiple, numerous times to no avail. The receipt does not say no returns or exchanges. ALL I WANT IS A LARGE TSHIRT AND ONCE I GET IT, I WILL BE HAPPY AND SEND BACK THE MEDIUM SIZE.Business response

I will be happy to assist them in exchanging their shirt. Please undertstand we carry no inventory. We provide staffing and management for merchandise sales at concerts all over the area. We do not manufacture, own or stock any inventory. Merchandise is brought by the bands the day of the show and any unsold product goes with them to the next city. I can put the customer in touch with the bands merch company, or contact them on their behalf and arrange to have a different size shipped to them.

i need to exchange my medium shirt that I bought at the ******** Trucks concert. I need AN EXTRA LARGE SHIRT. IT HAS ALL THEIR SUMMER DATES ON THE BACK SIDE. I HAVE A RECEIPT. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP. THANK YOU.
