The job was horrible, *** contacted sidex many times and they sent someone out to correct my gutters leaking however the person explained he would have to come back while it was raining to see where the gutters were leaking, in spite of me calling and emailing pictures of non functioning gutters and a horrible soffit and facia job . Mold in my crawl space do to them initially not connecting a down spout and water going into my basement. I was promised a crew would be out 6 weeks ago. As usual no call no show. I have been greatly overcharged by a job that is horrible and by a company that claims to stand behind there work. Next step will be courtBusiness response

I had Sidex out of ********** Wisconsin Installed Windows and 1 patio door. The day after the install was complete i was cleaning the windows and doors and i found a scratch on the inside of the door and a broken guide on one of the front picture window. I called Sidex who apologized and said they could order a repair kit and when that kit arrived i would receive a call from a repair person to set up an appointment. estimate was two weeks. 3 weeks later i call to check on the situation and i am told the repair kit is on back order and they would contact me as soon as it arrives to set up an appointment. 4 weeks later i call and get a similar answer. two week following i call again. i get another huge apology and I am told that i will hear from a repair person within 24 hours. 3 days I call, I am told that there is nothing in there system showing i ever called but they will order another door immediately to replace the scratched door. estimate 6 weeks, that was 8 weeks ago.Business response

Due to supply chain issues, tempered glass is running on average ***** weeks behind, the replacement panel is on order and just a matter of time before we receive and install it, once received we will install as soon as possible.
