      On 08/15/2023, i purchased a marketing package from this business consisting a 900 marketing package and follow-up on leads. i was told to allow ***** days to see the results. i have documented emails to confirm i started following-up in September 2023, October 2023, November 2023, December 2023, January 2024, February 2024, May 2034. Vendor has provided no proof that he did the mailing and my contacts has been nothing but false promises. I rescinded the purchase through my Discover Card in February 2024. The vendor gave me false promises for pending in his system to get me the close the purchase cancellation. The vendor now refuses to respond to my emails which are available to be uploaded and telephone calls. I was provided no proof that the marketing package was initiated. I would like a return of my purchase amount.

      This is to formally advised that this complaint has been resolved.  There is a new standard which took place in March of 2024 regarding ****** email accounts which limits annual emails sends to ***** which may explain the lack of communication from the vendor who uses his gmail account for some of his communications.  

      I have had multiple communications with this vendor since the complaint date and the issue has been resolve.  Please rescind complaint#******** effectively IMMEDIATELY.

      Dear BBB,I would like to file a complaint against the following business: AMG LLC at ******************************************************. In Dec of 2022 I purchased a money making plan from this business. They sent my order 3 weeks later. When I sent my order in I made it clear that I don't have a computer nor any computer skills and if this is a problem, return my check uncashed. This offer had a 30-day money back guarantee. I returned it a few days later. I have yet to receive a refund of my $83.95 money. I have sent them one letter of inquiry, but I haven't received a response to date. Would you please forward my complaint to the appropriate BBB office? I would like to get my money back if possible. Also, the owner of the business is ***********************. *********************

      To BBB & Customer Mark,

       

      We would love it issue you a refund back ASAP! I'm sorry the material was not a good fit for you. Our office logs all calls & correspondence with our customers to assure the best experience as possible. 

      Our office called and spoke with ****************** on 1/9/23 (During a 3 & half week long widely spread winter snow storm) to see if he finished the materiel and had any questions thus far. His reply was recorded as "1/9 Spoke With ******************,He says didn't get the kit yet & says he's "Computer Illiterate". Looking forward to it & will call once he goes through it."  

      That was the response he gave us. We told ****************** that wide spread ******* storms have take the toll on the **** and all order are out and that If he doesn't receive it to give us a call back and we will resend another one Priority free of charge. 

      We just received a letter this last week was sent from *********** **, from **************** that was stamped from ** on FEB 2. 2023 

      Coincidentally, we sent out a letter Feb 2. That came back to us last week that was deliverable, however, we sent out anther one ( As Show in picture) Which didn't come back that **************** should get any day now. 

      Saying we received the kit back? We tried to call **************** but had not have a call back since. We also sent out a response letter asking for the tracking number of the kit he says he returned so we can locate the return. We are currently in a Historic Snow fall storm again and **** has been very behind since Christmas. We included the response from us and ****************** dated letter we received on Feb, 2. 

      We have no problem helping ******************. but we have not had any response from him yet since this notice from the BBB. We have on our orders forms a 30 day back money guarantee and have no problem going above and beyond to help our customers. However, We have not spoken with him sense and we also need to locate the order he return to receive the full $69.00 back to him, We do have a $20.00 damaged fee per return items from our customers.

      We have had people who do steal our materiel and ask for refunds (on purpose) to try and get our Material. We have had problems in the past and have protocols in place to reassure the quality and assurance of our service to our customers. 

      Please have ****************** call s to assist him with the refund ASAP! We have no problem helping him if the kit was lost in transit during the storms (things happen) or if he has a tracking number he can provide to help us locate the order.
