Hired them for 2 projects. Deck - didn't finish and the areas where they had to cut siding out, they basically nailed random pieces onto the exterior. One of the panels slopes. They just didn't finish. This was an expensive job with no-maintenance panels. Other project = retaining wall and drain tile as our backyard slopes down and when snow melts it sits on the driveway and the way our garage is placed it gets no sun so it's like a skating rink. When they came to do the work, they said they couldn't even do drain tile as our garage foundation was in the way. The retaining wall was lower than we asked for. They said they put p rock gravel in the wall and said that would absorb the melting snow. Didn't at all. Call them, they don't return calls. Emailed them photos, they said they'll come out and they don't. Then they act like a spiritual company so you don't get mad at them. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

They came out and installed our deck in 2019. A month prior we had our siding replaced. When All Exteriors, LLC finished our deck we had noticed that they broke one of our siding and didn't even bother to get rid of the base cement block from the old deck. When I had mentioned these issues to the installers he said "well the siding is cracked but it's nothing big" and when I asked him about the base cement block still in our ground he said "that's not part of our job." The following day I called and spoke to the General Manager and he said he would come take a look at it. Sure enough he saw what we said was true. He said since the ground is going to freeze soon he wouldn't be able to dig out this year and will come out the following year. As far as the siding he will get it replaced. A few days or weeks later he sent an email saying he couldn't find the correct brand or color. So I contacted the other company that had replaced our siding and got all the information needed. I sent the email to All Exteriors and provided the information needed for the siding to be replaced. The following summer came. No update. Covid-19 so we thought it best to not contact them for obvious reasons. Now 2021 I have been calling them every other day or week and they give me the same run around. "He's out in the field, he'll contact you today". Do yourself a favor and do not hire them for anything. There is a reason why they only have 1 star on BBB. And the only reason there is 1 star is because we aren't able to give them no stars.

One of our crew members has been to your home and looked at the issues. The material to repair the crack in the siding has been order and will be arriving within the two week. Once the material is received at our shop, a crew member will be out to complete the repair.Review from Maureen Skidmore

Buyer Beware! I wish I never stopped into All Exteriors. Al C**** misrepresented a product and when it was delivered I refused delivery since the hardware boxes were open and product looked used. Al C**** had the product back in his possession and had the nerve to cash my $18,200 check after being notified that I was cancelling the contract. I call that bank fraud having the product and keeping my money. It took me 8 months filing complaints with Wisconsin Consumer Protection and St. Croix County Small Claims court to get my money back. Al C**** likes to scream, intimidate and use foul language with his customers. In court, Al C**** lost and I won but what a nightmare!
