            False advertisement and charging for wrong product, they also sent me the wrong size product. I paid ****** for a hood wrap. When received I notified the company that it was too small. The company said they confirmed it will fit. Once taken to a professional installation company they also agreed that the wrap was too small. ************************ also confirmed that the material advertised is not the material I received. The company is advertising as air-egress bubble free wrap when the actually product is sign vinyl ( Not recommended for hood installation or where application requires curves) When confronted the company stop responding and refuse to refund or send me the correct product. I believe this company is falsely advertising their products as air degrees wrap when in fact it is a lower quality sign vinyl.

            I put in a 30% coupon code that processed on their website. To then get an email that said that they only offer 20% off and that I needed to pay the difference when I refused they refunded the money but not all of it. They kept 15% even though it was their websites fault for allowing 30% off. This is a bait and switch fraud company just trying to get your money and refuse to provide product

While you were able to use this code, it was not meant to be available site-wide, and there was no information about this code being active on our website.We understand that this may have caused some confusion, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. When we realized the error, we reached out to explain the situation. Our intention was never to mislead or deceive you. We processed a refund as per our stated policy, which mentions that we refund 85% of the total amount due to transaction and hosting platform fees. This policy is in place to cover the non-recoverable costs associated with each transaction.We value transparency and strive to provide excellent customer service. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we apologize for any misunderstanding.Thank you for your understanding.Best regards,
