I called on Thursday to book a lash appointment for Sunday I’m on my way there on Sunday and I get told that the last check is not in but I can hear her in the background they tell me to call back on Monday so I just wash my hands of it call back on Monday until she’s out of town for an entire month. This is the fourth time that she has done this to me 2 times and I was actually sitting in the shop for two hours before anybody even approached me and told me she was not coming she just said this a week prior by not even showing up to my scheduled appointment that she booked I had a consultation with another lash tech who informed me that she was not putting on the lashes correctly and that she may not even be legally license to even be doing lashes as what she was doing was improper and damaging to my natural eyelashes after working with a wonderful and trained lash technician I will be taking my business elsewhere I do think that this company needs to be investigated from our practices and I believe half of the people that work inside of the business are not even license if you look at some of the Google reviews you’ll see a constant theme with lash tech issues . They do not communicate with their customers and they blame you and attack you and make you feel like it’s your fault I have video proof of me arguing was one of the ladies after she lied to me and told me to call back and come in the next day only for her not to be there as I seen her drive off and leave the other workers talk crap about the lash tech saying that she always does this and people hate her so why even keep this person employed.
