In 2021 All Seasons reviewed a leak in our roof, they investigated and did some temporary caulking. Sales person stated they would investigate the leak around the flashing and repair as needed if we purchase a tear off and a new roof. Contract signed, new roof installed Nov. 2021. The next rain came, roof still leaking worse than with old roof. All Seasons came out did some caulking, next rain, still leaking. All Seasons came out again still leaking. Had 6 conversations (Mar. *****, 2022). All Seasons representatives have stated 3 times that they are coming to repair the roof on 3/25, 26, 28/2022. Did not show up or return calls.All Seasons, being professional roofers, knowing there was a leak, should have investigated the flashing at time of roof replacement, and repaired as needed.Also #** of original invoice #**** states "install new aluminum step flashing. . . roof to wall intersections. Chimney is surrounded by a wood framed 4 sided wall.All Seasons did rework on 3/29-30/22, billed $1500 to remove and replace shingles, $950 to install new flashing.Installers stated "not informed of leak". . . "would have fixed at time of install" if they knew.*********************** was informed that the installers would have found and fixed the leak if they had been informed of the leak stated ". . . we learn from our mistakes".Agreed to the $950 if a revised estimate with the shingle remove and replace was identified as NO CHARGE.All Seasons submitted estimate **** and added text "#3 Install new aluminum drip edge to cover the squirrel hole".Never before was a squirrel hole mentioned. All season employee stated at time of repair "found original flashing not right and was caulked, caulk had dried up and shifted".After reviewing item #** with other professional roofers, their opinion, leak and flashing should have been repaired/replaced at time of install and included in the price of the original install.Resolution:1. new invoice describing work 2. PAID IN FULL.
