      I bought A Christmas tree from Tree Classics at the end of December in 2019 well over $1000. I ended up selling my house in the fall of 2020 and did not put the tree up that year and so when I finally moved Into my new home and set it the tree up in 2021 half of the tree did not light up. I wrote to the company and they opened up a case and let me know that my warranty had expired. I explained the situation has the tree had been in the box since 2019. They told me as a one time courtesy they would mail me the replacement topper but would have to wait until October 2022. I have been in correspondence with them asking the status of the tree. They told me they are no longer able to get replacement parts. They offered to give me a prorated check and asked for my address. I told them I would prefer to have a very good discount on a new tree since the whole tree is useless. They said they couldnt do that. I gave them my address and asked when I could expect the check. They told me they wont give refunds and left it at that. I am disappointed in the fact that I patiently waited for the top half of the replacement part like they promised and can no longer full-fill. They should at least offer me a very good discount on a brand-new tree but refuse to do so. At this point I would like a full refund or a brand new tree.

      I ordered a Deluxe Noble ************** ft in Clear Lights (*******) on Nov 12, 2018. The tree was used for one month. When setting up the tree in Nov 2019, it was found the lights no longer worked. The tree was still under warrantee, contacted Tree Classics support via phone on 11/23/2019. Stated they would send a full replacement, case number ********, however, it was out of stock until spring. Spring came and went with no tree and no response. Obviously 2020 was an unusual year so we had given them a little ****** We contacted the company again via phone on 11/18/20, they stated the tree was still out of stock and would not be available until Spring of 2021. Again, spring came and went without a replacement tree.Contacted support on 9/4/2021 via email to check the status again. They stated they would open another case and submitted a follow up request.Contacted support on 11/26/21 via phone asking for a replacement tree to be shipped. I asked if my tree was no longer available if they could please send a comparable replacement. They stated they could not ship a replacement as they are no longer in the tree business. They offered to refund a fraction of what I paid for the tree. I questioned the status of no trees being available, as the website claims they are now in the wholesale business. I asked the consultant on the phone to please request another solution with the owner. She called back about 30 mins later saying they could send me a replacement but it would not be available until next fall. I asked if there were any guarantee for this as I have been told this now for 2 years. I then asked her to confirm this in an email. She stated she could not email me but would have someone do so. No email received.Send another long email 11/27 to customer service, they opened yet another case and said they would now send a refund. Still nothing received. **************** agents are polite on the phone but continue to give empty promises.
