My two dogs had high liver enzymes because of the tetrible food they make ! I tried to contact their customet support and ask if they have research done about their products they told me they will email its been weeks they dont care ! Im about to start a lawsuit ! Cant believe i trusted and used all their products ! They shouldnt be in business if you love your pets do not use this brand at all!Customer Response

Serious health issues are caused by their food to my both dogs ! Company is very irresponsible , i asked for their researches so many times nobody has sent them to me . They shouldnt be in business ! I will be looking for justice for my two dogs and the process we have been going through last 8 weeks in court!

Extremely POOR customer service. When customers get a 20% coupon online from one of 40 different coupon companies CHEWY will state when you place the order that they only accept THEIR coupon codes. They act surprised when you ask them if their attorneys are aware of the dozens of copywrite infringements currently going on online using their company name and providing promocodes. When you ask managers if they are aware that CHEWY"S stock has plummeted, they play dumb. Customer service is horrible, there are NO REAL DEALS with CHEWY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND YOUR PET DOLLARS ELSEWHERE with a local reliable small business in your city or surrounding city.
