I was admitted into the hospital Jan. 2023 and they said I had complete medical coverage but I didn't have any or tell me I wasn't covered the whole nearly 2 months I was in the hospital. They just contacted me and told me I was responsible for the entire bill though I might be eligible for a discount which still has me owing ****** dollars.

I went in to Rogers Behavioral Health for alcohol detoxification. I was there for about 3 to 4 days. When I was released I was missing property - A pair of fairly expensive ****** shoes, a **** outfit which also was pretty pricy and ********************************************************************** upon my release. The reason was because the items weren't allowed on the unit. So naturally I trusted the staff and let them supposedly put the property in the locker. Upon my release I noticed that those items were not in my returned other property. I have called supervisors managers and have not received an active response. I have given them about a month of time and nothing has happened. I would sincerely appreciate bbb to get solution for me. The cost of what can't be found. Since they cannot find those things

I sought out Rogers in ********** for the purpose of providing a medication and diagnosis evaluation for my daughter. She attended the 3 hour virtual afternoon program for 19 days. During that time, the psychiatrist, *******************************, called me on one occasion to discuss background information and my concerns. I never heard from her again, and have had to contact Rogers 5 times to request the Summary Discharge paperwork, which today I was told I would have to request from medical records because so much time has passed. To her credit, ************** has returned my phone calls on two occasions, but stated that I should contact the nurse for information. I was told by *****, program supervisior, ***** the nurse and a woman named ******, whom know one seems to know, that ************** is only in house on Wednesdays and that I should contact the nurse for information. Seriously? I entrusted my daughter's mental health care to this agency for the purpose of psychiatric evaluation and the psychiatrist doesn't contact me? The counselor typically contacted me weekly with generic information, which is typical for Rogers. Why is ************** unable to contact parents on days that she is not at Rogers, which most professionals who work in multiple settings would do? I was further told that ************** could not contact me as my daughter was no longer enrolled in the program, which indicates that they are more concerned about the insurance money than patient follow-up. I also work with families and am concerned about referring them to Rogers as their program is substandard. And now I get to be put on hold waiting for medical records to request the Discharge Summary I should have been provided with 2/18/22. My daughter continues struggle and we have been provided with no information with regard to a potential change of diagnoses or treatment plan, as well as to the evidence for such.
