      On 07/20/2022 I purchased had two surgical procedures completed at Parkins. One of these procedures included a ********************* as noted in the documents provided.Someone from the business contacted me for a follow up appointment and offered to schedule my medspa facial. During that call I agreed to upgrade my facial for an additional price. On 01/13/2023 after my follow up appointment and facial I was charged the full amount of a medapa facial. The person who performed the service was unable to understand the issue and I left as the spa was closing.I followed up with the office manager and was contacted by ******. ****** was unable to resolve the issue and explained that the included facial is still on my account for future use. I requested the business refund the service amount for the service that was charged on 01/13 that was to be included in the amount already pains on 07/20/2023. I have contacted the business via phone and email. My last email was unanswered. I would like this resolved as I had no intention of purchasing two facial services, only redeeming the one that was included in the original agreement. I also do not intend to get future services from the medspa. I have provided documents showing the original payment, the medspa inclusion in services as listed on their website and the 2nd charge. I want to be clear that I agreed to pay for an upgrade but at no point agreed to turn down my already paid for/included facial service so I could pay full price for another service. I had and have no intention of saving up facial services in their system as if to use it as a type of savings account. I am requesting a refund for the value of the medspa facial.

       Dr. Parkins reached out to the patient to discuss the matter at hand. In the end it was deemed a misunderstanding that has been addressed and she has been refunded.
