Rating: 5 stars Marc really went the extra mile for us, with several calls and many texts. Ours was a difficult job in a small, non-uniform space, and Marc even did a set of CAD drawings for me to help us figure it out. The hood is absolutely beautiful (see photos), the craftsmanship is superb, the insert (fan and lights) is top-shelf, and everyone who sees the hood loves it (especially my wife and I). Stunning Look We are ecstatic with our hood. I worried needlessly about fit, quality, etc. It is the focal point of our new kitchen. The ability to customize the design truly makes it one of a kind! I really appreciated being able to speak with Marc prior to ordering to make sure that we had taken the measurements correctly. Make no mistake; the hoods aren't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for and our hood is top quality and gorgeous!Review from Miriam S

We are kitchen designers in ** and have done multiple hoods with Marc and his team. We can not say enough about his professionalism and communication. Every detail is thought through which makes our jobs easier and would be a dream for a homeowner trying to do this one their own. The hoods are gorgeous and a great price point for our client. We looked at several good companies. I kept coming back to this company. My gut said let’s try them especially after chatting and speaking with Marc. The personal service is top notch. Marc worked with us and our builder helping us with our vision. Communicating all through the process. Love love this hood. It’s gorgeous and makes my kitchen be a wow! Thank you Copperhoods. Wonderful honest people with always communicating and updating the timeline and information. The quality is top notch, and they are transparent about everything about where and how it arrives. I am a kitchen designer with 40+ years in the business with a boutique showroom in ****** *****. I have a very traditional display that needed a custom copper hood fabricated with critical dimensions. I was interested in building a long-term relationship with a company that understood high-end design and attention to detail. My copper hood came crated with no damage and it looks fabulous. In the last 3 months, I have purchased 5 hoods for client projects. So far each one arrived in the time window quoted and in perfect shape. Marc has taken a personal interest in my projects and has been committed to quick communication and problem solving.Review from Connie Y

Terrible experience! I ordered a hood and was told 7-8 weeks it finally arrived damaged from China and I was promised a rushed order would be 3-4weeks max yet on week 6 I was told they still don’t have an eta but possibly 2 more weeks. I explained I wouldn’t have even ordered the replacement if I wasn’t promised 3 weeks “maybe” 4 weeks Marc’s words! Then Adam the owner started to become belligerent when I questioned and pressed them on the time frame. After he couldn’t give me a timeframe after week 15 I told them to forget the order and cancel as this was holding up my kitchen from being completed. Then their true colors came out! These are some of the most unprofessional two I’ve ever dealt with! Buyer beware of this company their hoods are built in China and the quality is horrible! Terrible welds that were cracked on the first hood that literally fell apart due to poor quality.
