I paid Raise the Roof Roofing Systems LLC a deposit of $5,160.00 to for a complete tear off of roof and roof replacement with new gutters and gutter guards installed. The deposit check was cut, cashed and cleared my bank on 11/7/2023. Work originally was to be completed by Thanksgiving 2023.My dispute is that the work has yet to be completed. No materials or work have been provided.Raise the Roof Roofing Systems has on multiple occassions verbally told me the work is a one day job and we will get it done.By text message from Raise the Roof Roofing Systems I was lead me to believe that the supplies would be delivered on May 1, 2024 with the crew arriving on May 2, 2024 to complete the job. May 2, 2024 came and went, no supplies, no crew, no work started or completed. May 4th Raise the Roof Roofing Systems called me and said the supplies are in a trailer at his location and they would be there to get the job done by May 10, 2024.May 14th I drove by and took a picture of the house, no work done, no supplies at the site.I sent the picture to Raise the Roof Roofing Systems, stating that they did not hold up to their word about the job completion and asked for my depsoit to be refund to me. May 23, 2024 I sent Raise the Roof Roofing Systems a text asking to bring my deposit to me at my office where we originally met and I provided the deposit to the owner. The deposit has not been refunded and I have had no response from Raise the Roof Roofing Systems as of May 27, 2024.In resolution I would like my money/deposit of $5,160.00 refunded.
