They repaired the basement walls in June of 2021 which included removing some of the driveway to complete the project. They put down new concrete in the area they removed and now the new concrete is cracking and there are some chunks that breaking off of the new concrete. I started to get a resolution to the problem around April 28, 2022. I have had no luck in them saying for sure or not that they would fix it or not. New concrete should last longer then a year! So they either used poor quality concrete or they just did a poor job laying it. Some answers from them would be nice. Ive left messages and had no response back yet. More information on when I called and left messages is available if needed.Customer response

I just read the message that you sent the 25th and Im letting you know that I did send them a email the 25th asking them if they were going to help out. They did send a couple emails back that day with no solution to the problem. I even sent some picture and highlighted the problem areas but they keep insisting the cement is not covered under warranty. I still think cement should last longer then a year. They tried telling me a snowblower may have caused that damage to it, not in my lifetime has a snowblower chipped cement and even if it did, its faulty cement.Thank you*********************Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.****, the owner of the business just stopped by and explained everything in person to me. He informed me that if it keeps breaking into bigger chunks to let him know for sure and then theyll repair it. I told him that I just wanted to inform him what it was doing now in case I have bigger problems down the road with the cement. He also said he was going to find out where they got the concrete from just in case more people were complaining about the same problem.
Regards,
