I leased a space form this company also known as Relax Property Management located at ********************************************************************. Around September 15th I went to my office to do some orders and when I walked in I noticed the floor was soaking wet. I notified the property manager and we discovered that all of the floors were flooded and some of the water had soaked thru the walls thru out the unit. I was told that someone left the outside water spout on and they placed blowers down in the unit for several days. I do custom t-shirts and products and was unable to work with any of my equipment because the floors were wet. I put in my 30 day notice to vacate the premises. I was on a month to month lease. I was not able to work in the space for at least 7 days and they didn't wet vac the place or anything. I then received notice that I could not have anything out in the common area. I had asked if I could put some chairs out in the are basically decorate and was told I could do ************ and decor only not any of my equipment or etc., then I was told I couldn't have anything out in the area. They did not prorate my rent or give me any deductions to the rent and charged me for the month and a late fee. I always felt like they were discriminating against me as well. I will always try to get in contact with them they would never return calls and didn't want to do repairs. I had to text and call several times just to get a light repaired. They are not very friendly professional or communicative.
