FAR is absolutely the best! We hired them to do insulation work based upon recommendations from an energy audit done in January 2023. They were on time, on budget, and completed the work in 3 days! The entire team (sales, scheduling and insulation crews) were exceptional, and all of them worked together to make the job a success! Devin and Jack on the insulation crew are hard working, dependable and very particular about their insulation work. They even vacuumed the floors in the work area without being asked to do so. The owner (Dallas) came out to check their work and also listened to the energy audit representative on what he recommended to insulate/repair our fireplace surround. Dallas and FAR are willing to work with the customer, and we appreciate that! They aren’t high pressure sales people either! Go with First American, you won’t be disappointed!!! AAA+++!!!

The entire team at First American is amazing. We were immediately impressed by the prompt response to our interest in updating roof / siding. ****, our representative, went above and beyond to answer questions and assure that all of the little details were taken care of. ****, the lead for the project team, took so much time to look over the project from start to finish. They do not have integrity and they will not stand behind their work at all! My entire home was re-sided and re-roofed by this company. The siding has failed two times and the currently roof leaks after only one year on the home. They tried to fix the siding twice, but I am not sure it has been done correctly. In addition the siding has exposed seems they will not repair due to improper installation. The worst part of their work? The roof leaks! That is right, the roof failed and the owner knew it would fail due to a pre-existing insulation problem... yet they still installed the roof destined to fail and NOW he will not stand behind his work. Simply adding an ice barrier would have prevent this problem yet they failed to do this basic preventative measure. I strongly advise using another company as this one will not do "the right thing" nor stand behind their craftsmanship. They will leave you hanging.First American Roofing & Siding, Inc. Response

****, we empathize with the frustrations you're experiencing with your newly purchased home. However, as you pointed out in your original inquiry, the contract for work performed was with the previous owners. Despite this, we have attempted multiple times to clarify and mitigate the issues, and stand behind our work. We explained the possible outcomes to the previous owners when they contracted us to perform the roofing and siding on their home, yet they decided against adding additional insulation. It remains unbeknownst to us whether the previous owners were experiencing these same concerns as you are now seeing, as nothing was ever brought to our attention while they were still in the home. Even though our initial contract was with the previous owners, we will continue to stand behind the contracted work we performed for them. We will see you in a few weeks at your upcoming appointment.
