      Upon first contact, immediately in tune with our needs and timeline for roof replacement. Super friendly and easy to work with, took the stress out of the process. Your roof is, after all, the thing that protects your home from above and needs to be done right the first time. Heritage was perfect throughout. We have a large roof, in and out in two days, clean up was excellent. Best part was the follow-up from the contractor. They also replaced our gutters, again, excellent service from both contractor and the gutter crew. Would use them again without hesitation. Thank you for the fantastic work and product, still enjoying the look and secure feeling knowing it was done right. Stay motivated.

      Amory was recommended to me by my son who had his roof replaced by Amory. Amory came to my house and looked at my roof to see what kind of damage it occurred from the hail storm. Amory was very efficient and professional in analyzing what what the damage was to my roof. They only took a day and half to complete the job. And cleaned everything up. I was very pleased with the job and would recommend Amory’s company to anyone. Thanks, ****

      Our experience with the Heritage Xteriors team was fantastic throughout the entire process. We had a full roof and gutter replacement as well as down spout replacement due to hail damage. I highly recommend Heritage Xteriors!!!

      What a great experience. Amory was able to identify damage on our roof, then came back and met with the insurance adjustor. This made is a very smooth process. The crew was very professional they tore off and replaced my roof in one day. The best thing, for my wife, was there was nothing left behind. Everything was clean and pristine. Thank YOU!!!!!

      We worked with Amory and Heritage Xteriors on 2 different occasions after two large hail storms ripped through our neighborhood. Great customer service, prompt on communication and showing up when they said they would. The crews worked extremely hard and were very pleasant and did a great job cleaning up the project after completion.

      We have used Heritage twice after two separate hail storms left massive damage to our roof, siding, AC unit and garage door between 2020 and 2022. From start to finish, Amory and crew were top notch with communication, punctuality, and follow through. Amory provided clear and consistent guidance and was transparent yet compassionate through the entire process. If we had questions or concerns, they were answered and addressed right away. While I hope to not have to repeat the process any time soon, Heritage made it as low-stress as it possibly could have been, and our experience was as positive and seamless as anyone could hope for.

      From the crews breaking our things, to a very rude, unreliable contractor that wrote out a bill, which we paid, and said it was paid in full. Then came back two days later harassing us saying we owed more money! We talked to the office agreed and made the payment and continued to be harassed by the contractor and even threatened to be turned into collections for a bill that was already paid.

      Hi *******, I apologize for what sounds like a negative experience with my company. The **** that was originally given as all bills for each job are created and finalized by my supplemental manager that you dealt with ****. She is amazing at what she does and juggles ******* jobs per year. With that volume she is human and makes an invoice mistake from time to time. The supplemental amount once she realized was missed on the invoice was corrected immediately, but it was after the project manager had given you the first incorrect invoice. We have a very small percentage of issues with the crews damaging things on jobs and I apologize for this. It is construction and accidents do happen from time to time. I can assure you that my crews do not practice carelessness, but I do apologize on their behalf for what was damaged. If there needs to be further compensation than the $1,025 that was already credited for the damaged items please let me know. I will also speak directly to the project manager that handled your claim as quality customer service is a must in my industry and I will address these concerns right away. Thank you, I do appreciate the feedback.

      I apriciate your response and want to let you know working with **** was great, our largest concern was how ***** responded to **, from the many rude messages, to us repeatedly asking him to be on site for the siding being tore off so our stuff wouldn't get broken, and many other things that went wrong during the whole project.
