      I placed an order one year ago and still have not received my items. I was in contact with **** who said the items were pre-order so the shipping process would be delayed and I would receive a confirmation email once they were shipped. That never happened. They will no longer reply to my emails.

      So i ordered their product on May 25, 2021 . After 2 months of not receiving a shipping email. I emailed them to ask whats going on and they said they have back order and to wait 3-4 weeks and if still nothing e-mail again. After 4 weeks i decided to message the company on Instagram because i have still not received anything and they apologized and said they will ship it soon and its been prioritized its been 7 months and they are not responding to any emails and are reading my messages on Instagram and are not responding to those. I spent $67.49 on a product that i have yet to receive and their customer service is completely unacceptable. I would either like to have my money back or have the items i ordered from them or both

      My daughter ordered a sweater and paid for it on June 22 and it has not come yet or been shipped. When I ask the company they 4-6 weeks ok that’s ok. But it is now September and still no sweater. Now when I email I get no response back. I just don’t want this is happening to other kids. They contact them on Instagram and say hey be ambassador.

      On June 18th 2021, I received a message from a clothing company saying that they wanted me to model for their brand. They said the first item I bought would have a discount and everything else would be free. I bought my first item on June 26th, 2021 and it’s been about 2 months and it still hasn’t been shipped to me. I contacted them about it on numerous occasions but they send the same message each time.
