      On July 28th I received an order from Big Rig Chrome Shop that was damaged (bent). I asked to return the item but the insisted I file a claim with the post office which I did and still will not refund my money. Given that, I feel its the shippers responsibility anyways to sort out claims with the shipping company not the recipient/consumer. I just want to return the item in accordance to their return policy. I have never heard of such. I still have the item they will not send a return label. This is not the only negative instance I have while dealing with this company, but is defiantly my last. I have pictures and an email chain to back up my accusations if necessary.

      We started a damage claim for the customer on this order, the post office asked for the item back for inspection to complete the investigation of this items since it was damaged. Customer responded "Ok, I am not doing that." He could have given the item to his normal mail carrier to return the item for him to make it simple and easy. The employee he was dealing with no longer works here and should have still gotten customer a new item going since he didn't have anything to do with the damage. We have corrected procedures for this in the future and apologize for this customer that things could have been handled in a better manner, but also wish customer could have worked with us to return the damaged part back to the post office as they requested to complete the damage claim

      24/5/2021 I ordered lights for my vehicle valued at $151,77 Aus$s inclusive of postage 28/5/2021 email received advising order No ****** (online ref no: 123098WEB) has been shipped with a tracking no: LW227516204US 27/5/2021 parcel picked up by ****** from 27/5 to July 11th parcel in various places in *** July 12 arrived in ********* ******* with last tracking information that "Your item is being held in customs at ****pm on July *****************************************". Tracking then stopped Contact made with *** shop by emails 17 July and several times in August. We have been advised that a missing parcel report has been filed however I cant get info on what is happening. I have asked if parcel not located what happens given we have paid for a product and not received it - I have had no response re this. Customs ******* confirm no parcel with them Can you please assist me given we are in Australia. My emails have been responded to promptly however but without progress information

      When customer contacted us about not receiving his package, we tracked it and the post office shows its being held at customs, we have attached the tracking details. We have contacted our rep at the post office to try and help customer out with why his items are being held at his customs in ******* with no luck. With the current worldwide pandemic, everyone has seen issues with the post office and delivery of packages. It has been a waiting game for so many things and customer service from the post office on any shipments have been non existent. We continue to contact the post office for updates and will continue to contact them to figure out what is going on with this package. Customer is also able to contact his local post office and see why his package is being held by customs. They as well should have information for him. We are doing the best we can/have access to with it being international, we are still working on this for customer and unfortunetly it will be a waiting game with the post office and we are hoping this gets resolved/delivered soon. Thank you
