      I purchased rims from them but they fit my car due to the calipers being different on an Alfa ****** They're now saying they aren't returnable because they say their wheels are custom made but they are not. If they were they would know to make them different. They are requesting me to modify the wheels with spacers. I no longer have the car. I sent the wheels back to ******* because that's the address that was on the ************ were sent back . 3 of the boxes were never opened and i 1 was to check the fitting. They are still sitting exactly where ***** left ******** don't see how they have something delivered of that caliber with no signature. I purchased them through Affirm so they aren't fully paid for and will not be. This has been disputed as well.I have an email where I was told to return them, then he came back with the lie they can't be returned because they were custom drilled. I just want others to know they're no good and their tell lies and so does their employees. I'm pretty sure im not the first or they only to experience this with them. One by the name of **** to be precise. I've attached all relevant documents.

      My name is *****. I bought 5 rims from exremecustoms.com , on their website it said that it's a perfect match for my 22 **** Explorer St. Come to find out that these rims are not load rated for the vehicle. Rims do not support the weight of my vehicle. It says rims are rated 1500. My rear axle is rated 3490 lbs divide that by 2 = 1745lbs per wheel. This is a towing vehicle. Now seller wants me to pay for return shipping and they take 30% restock fee. They sold me something that shouldn't even be listed for the Explorer and yet on website with colorful cheer it says it's a Perfect Fit and that they checked with several experts that it is. It's a danger for the road.I'm asking for a full refund and prepaid label.

      Response I keep getting is I must pay a return shipping, *** is $466 + insurance + 30 % restock fee, I paid total $906 that leaves me with nothing. ****** also proposed a swap for other wheels still I must pay to return the original product. Seller tells me that manufacturer says the load rating is good but fails to understand how wheel load is calculated, totally ignoring that. Sellers rating is 1500lbs per wheel and my vehicle requires at least 1745lbs per wheel . I sent a video link to seller on how rim load is calculated, seller ignoring that telling me I bought it they shipped it. I made a mistake buying , but why are you selling a product not rated for the vehicle?

      Seller is running a poorly made website without proper technical data for the vehicle. If they did have data their search engine should have never made this mistake. The listing should not be listed in the first place. They're putting people in danger with their lack of knowledge.

      When I go through other websites and put my vehicle in their data base they don't show Vors wheels as a match for **** Explorer ST.

      At the end of the day it's Safety first and this seller put me and others at risk. 

      Full refund, prepaid label, no restock fee.

      Really think what you doing there.

      We went in to get tires installed and an alignment done on our truck, we got the tires mounted and installed but they came out to tell us they couldnt do the alignment because our front end was lose. Well we explained its our company truck and we needed it. So we made an appointment with a local dealership which took a little over a month for them to get us in. They looked everything over in the front end and said our truck only needed an alignment. So the two front tires are JUNK and we called to get a refund or get new tires put on, ON the company because we shouldnt have to pay again for another set of tires. They refuse to return phone calls or give us an even exchange on two new tires. ITS YOUR FAULT WE DIDNT HAVE THE ALIGNMENT DONE THAT DAY.

      I purchased a set of wheels and tires for my vehicle on Extreme Customs website, after inputting the year make and model of my vehicle. I was able to pick a wheel and tire package on their website. I paid in full on February 14th 2024 for transaction #********. The wheels arrived on Wednesday, February 28th and were installed the next day.After driving the truck for the first time at highway speeds it became immediately apparent that my wheels were not balanced as part of the package as sold. There was a noticeable vibration throughout the vehicle.On Friday March 1st 2024, I took my vehicle to a tire shop who took a quick look at the wheel and tire combo I had been sold and confirmed the tires I was sold were only a 110 rating, which is below what is needed for my truck to be safely operated. They refused to work on my vehicle. I then tried another shop, and got the same response, refused service.Now I have wheels and tires that are unsafe for my vehicle, which you willingly sold me, that no one will work on due to liability: I expect a refund for the tires. You can have them back if you want to pay shipping and send me the correct ones. If this is umable to be resolved I will perform a cc chargeback and you can spend the next 120 days going through the dispute process explaining why you sold me tires that were under rated for the vehicle.

      They have taken zero accountability for the tires sold to me. I spent another $250 of my money discovering today that each of the tires I were sold were not round and have 60-80lbs of runout. See attached print outs from dealership.

      The company only provided me one tracking number. In which I placed a hold on two piece shipment item. However, due to the fact that there was multiple tracking numbers, and they only provided me one. One of the items was delivered to my house while ******** at the firehouse. I was unable to get to the item for over 24 hours and it was stolen off of my front porch. Was basically told not my problem File a police report for your stolen item but youre going to get nothing in return. I have filed a complaint also with *****. All I am seeking is a refund of the item that was stolen so that I can never do business with this company again for their rudeness.

      This does not solve the issue that the package is gone. I am out 400$ for the tire. There is no help, or replacement. This master tracking number was not conveyed that there is multiple if you scroll down. This does not convey the rudeness of your staff. This does not solve the issue of now requiring to spend more money for replacement.

      I purchased a set of wheels and tires and had the mounted and balanced by the company I purchased them at (extreme customs). I noticed some shake in my truck and had the dealership look into it. They found I had a cv joint that had a torn boot and needed to replace the joint. They rlsaid a bad cv could cause the shake. I then got the truck back and noticed the shake was still there and contacted extreme customs because I thought the tires were possibly not balanced correctly. They told me to get a roadforce balance test done which cost me $80. It came back woth 2 tires are bad and 1 tire is possibly bad. Extreme customs wants me to get the tries dismounted, ship the tires back to them to inspect which will likely be around 200 for them to refund me the cost of the tires. They said they will not cover any costs and that I should buy new tires from them to replace my new tires I already got from them. They are trying to make me essentially pay out of pocket the same cost of just buying new tires. I would like them to ship 3 new tires to me and cover the replacement cost to include any mounting and shipping of their defective products back. I would also accept a refund for 3 tires to include the mounting and balancing cost of them as well and to purchase new tires from somewhere else. I don't expect them to pay for the 1 good tire however if they will pay for all 4 tires to be returned and refund the tire cost I would be fine with that as well.

      I have already submitted a request through your help desk that you responded with.  Their response caused me to submit this complaint to the BBB, I am now working directly with the tire manufacturer and recommend giving that as an option instead of just instructing your customers to send the tires in and let them know they can also submit a claim directly with the tire manufacturer if they are not local like I am.  Overall I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided by your company on products you sell.  It basically feels like your business model is send bad products to customers and then expect them to spend their money getting additional tests conducted ($80 spent) and then spending more money to get the tires dismounted (approximately $20-50/tire) and sent back (estimated at $50/tire) your bad product and expect them to spend hundreds of more dollars purchasing new tires from you and even more money to get them mounted again.  All the while you don't take responsibility for any of the product you sell and expect me to spend close to $1000 for a possiblity of getting a warranty claim where you will prorate the amount.  Like I said, you sell a product, you should try and make it right when it doesn't work and not expect your customer to spend more money than the tires are worth to get a replacement that should be covered under a warranty since I started this process at day 31 from date of delivery.

      I purchased a set of wheels, after confirming all the details of my truck. I then received an email 2 days later stating there was an issue with my order. I tried to call many times to no avail. Got a text message saying the fitment was not correct, even though I answered all the questions to make sure they would fit. Then I was told they were canceling my order and issuing a full refund. I got no refund and no email stating the cancellation nor refund. Company is a scam and should be out of business!!!

      There are attachments that I have added you can clearly see the rim in the picture is brushed and the title says BRUSHED with BRUSHED lip. As a matter of fact it is still listed on your website as brushed for the same price I purchased it for. The only thing that Says it has a black lip is your part number which is a bunch of random numbers and letters. You guys aren't taking your customer satisfaction seriously. This looks very bad for your company. I own a store with more than **** parts and I wouldn't treat my repeat customers like this. Specially won't do a BAIT AND SWITCH like you guys are doing now
