This is absolutely the worst grooming experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new groomer and another groomer told me that there was a new one that opened. I had scheduled an appointment for 7:45 a.m. on Friday, January 19th. She called at 7:20 a.m. and asked if we could move the appointment to later and I agreed and said 12:30. She then texted me later and asked what time I said I was going to be there and I said I was just going to text her and reschedule due to my work schedule. She asked if I could come in later so I scheduled at 2:30. I got there and the side walk in front of the shop had almost three inches of ice in front of it and it was terrible to get in for fear of falling. She said it would take an hour and a half for my dogs to be done, bath, cut, nail clipping and ear hair removed. I told her I wanted the dogs a 1/2 long. I called at 4:48 that afternoon and wanted to know how my dogs were doing and asked when they would be done, she said give me 45 minutes. Then a minute later she texted me to call her. She said my male dog had explosive **** and that I had to come pick them up. She said she had completed my female dog but only trimmed Kasper's eyes. She said I could bring them back Saturday at 1:00 since she had some cats to do. I told her McKenzie had to be fixed also. When I looked at the female it didn't look like she had a bath the shop didn't smell of explosive ****. It looked like she trimmed by her eyes and around her paws, that is it. She said you can pay for everything, then I will do the rest tomorrow. So I paid her $150. and told her I would see her on Saturday. I got to the Saturday appointment and stood in the cold and called her twice at it was closed. She told me that I was supposed to call her after I had texted her and complained. I said I called you twice and no answer and I left you a voicemail. I told her she had to refund me the full amount in 7 business days or I was filing a small claims case. Horror
