I have placed an order with St. Croix Fishing Rods and similar to other complaints registered, they will not respond to requests for status either via email or telephone. Checking on their online status, their business shows to be open. To resolve this, I would like to cancel my order and have my money refunded. If they cannot support their customers during a sales process, then they will struggle to support customers with other legitimate after sales needs.Business response

This angler ordered an ASFS66LF2 on 10/29. Tracking indicates it was delivered at its destination on 11/2 via *** tracking #1Z5898480300703213.
We have attempted calling ****************** at the phone number indicated and an email has been sent to the email address associated with this claim. I asked ****************** to contact us so we can find a resolution that meets his expectations as a St. Croix customer.Customer response
