We closed on our beautiful home in March 2024. Harbor Homes was beyond amazing through out the entire process. Tracy was beyond amazing to work with and would get us answers to whatever questions we had. After closing we have had very minimal Issues. Hector was very knowledgeable during our walk thru. We will 10/10 recommend harbor homes!

We built our new condo with Harbor Homes with our move in date in late November of 2023. It was a pleasure working with them. Tita and Layne were both easy to work with. Timing of the completion of our condo was within 5 days of the promised time. No issues and we are happy with the results. I would recommend building with them for any house or condo project.

We moved into our Harbor home on September 1st, 2023. We love our new home! Harbor has been very good with communications through the whole build process. Any minor issues that were found (as with any new build) are all being addressed with no hassles. Tracy our Harbor realtor has been truly diligent and a breath of fresh air. Hector the construction manager and Kim the warranty person have also been fantastic. Corey has also been great at any questions or issues that needed to be addressed beyond Tracy, Hector & Kim. Everyone connected to Harbor has been fantastic to work with. I am confident recommending anyone looking to build a great home at a fair price to build with Harbor Homes. Harbor Homes Review 2022 Last December we purchased our new home from Harbor Homes. Even though it was a spec home, and we did not have any input into the final presentation, I and my family couldn’t be more pleased! The décor was outstanding with an inviting interior, and the quality of the home has solid construction. Two weeks before our closing, there was a walk through, and we were given the chance to address any concerns with the home. All our concerns were addressed and corrected before the closing date! We have been quite pleased with our purchase and the value received. The quality of products used has been evident as we have been setting in for over 4 months with very little problems. Also know, that besides having a superb quality home, one of the other important factors is the follow-up [Warranty] response from the Harbor Homes’ staff. Kim W. answered a concern for me on a Sunday, with the needed service provided that very same week. This staff has resplendent customer service skills and has always been willing to address any concerns or problems we’ve encountered [Which has been minimal]. We highly recommend Harbor Homes because this company is the complete package, i.e., they produce a high-quality product, have a superior staff---who are always willing to help and stand by their product/s. Harbor homes has been exceptional every step of the way! We moved from out of town and they were so professional and always quick to communicate back and forth during the build!
