Homeowners have expressed to me and I too have concerns about the lack of response from our Real Estate manager for the ******************************* regarding issues, i.e., a) the unresolved constant roof leakage that damages Unit ceilings (insurance company declining payment due to claim repetition) and most recently because of 12 of snow that was Not removed after I mentioned it that evening at about 10:45 pm to get it off the roof had damaged 2 homeowner units; b) a water softener at ************************ that periodically softens and the hard water has damaged expresso machines, faucets, probably furnaces and water heaters and has been an issue since 2008, and now this dog issue.Initial Complaint

The landlord ***************** is a slum lord.Have active Rodent problem he wont fix.Steals tenants security deposits Very rude.
